Exxon Kaya’s Belle Meade Service Center

Kaya has been in business a long time for a reason: he takes care of your car and you.
I went in at 5:30pm one day with a brake issue which was much worse than I realized, and he fit me in the next morning. I also asked him to take care of several other things as long as the car was going to be there. (air filter, oil filter, etc.).
I hadn’t had the car serviced in awhile and it ended up being pricey (had to replace the rear brake rotors as well as the front). Without my asking or complaining, Kaya gave me a discount on the price of parts since I was a first time customer. They also don’t seem to charge as much for labor as some other shops.
The reason I am giving 4 instead of 5 stars is because I needed a rear brake light replaced, and that kind of fell through the cracks — they said it was ordered but I had to call back, and when I did, they couldn’t find it so it had to be re-​ordered. Other than that, my experience was stellar. If you can, be sure to deal with Kaya himself.
