Encore Condominiums

I fell like I live in a resort… I love living at Encore. There’s even fresh coffee served in the Club Room every morning. I’m a Realtor and I’ve seen condos all over town and I choose Encore.

What a treat! Great ambiance with all the amenities. Mix of residents and visitors (nightly rental). Very close to all the action. We would (and have) definitely returned. (First stayed in 2013, and twice in 2014, thrice in 2015).

I have two friends that live at Encore and as a visitor I have no real problems dropping in on them. The concierge has several services that help visitors maneuver without the resident always coming to let you in. The first is that if a resident puts your name on a certain list you can get a key to their condo and a swipe card by leaving your ID with the concierge. The second is that they will walk you past the security checkpoints to the condo your visiting. Parking isn’t quite as easy. There are some metered spaces on the Southside of the structure but obviously you have to pay for those and during game days, etc. they are always full. I usually end up parking on Korean Veterans and walking, which I feel comfortable doing day or night. It’s also an easy walk from Encore to Lower Broadway, the Sommet and even the Main Branch of the Public Library.
