Ahhhh I love this place! I love Chilis because their ranch is the best ever and so are there cheese fries. Yes. I drive here just for the cheese fries. But! Every single time I go I am always waited on by someone awesome and they always get my order right. It’s so nice to have somewhere to go and know I’ll get exactly what I need!

Ordered food and it all came out correct. Wasn’t disappointed with any of it, our server was sweet and very helpful. There was a little bit of a wait before we could eat, so chilies texted us when our table was ready. We were able to walk around and shop instead of standing around waiting to be seated. I recommend the strawberry lemonade!!!

Absolutely great service, normal food prices for a national chain, our server was fantastic!

I feel that ever since they put in the touch screen ordering at the tables, the customer service has suffered. Our waiter stopped at our table twice the entire meal. Our drinks were empty for most of the meal. The poor guy was running between a lot of tables. They were definitely understaffed for a mall location. We got up and went to the bar to get another drink, waited ten minutes and never got any attention. Once again understaffed. It was all good though, TGI Fridays was right next door and they practically served us at the door.

We met some friends in Nashville and headed here for dinner on 3÷6÷15. The only snafu was that the girl at the front counter gave us a pager and didn’t record it so others that came in after us got seated before us. There were a lot of open tables so when we inquired, she sat us right away. Our server was awesome– his name was Aleck according to our bill. We were there during happy hour which means you order a beer, margarita, wine and get one free– what??? AWESOME!!! This just became my favorite Chilis dining experience to date! Anyway, I ordered the Margarita Chicken Bowl which has become my favorite dish there and a side of corn tortillas w/extra lime wedges and salsa. It was good but the corn tortillas were dry and brittle. My boyfriend said his Sweet and Smokey Burger was rare which he wasn’t a fan of but besides that he said it was good. I can’t speak for the others in our party as far as how they liked there food b/c we didn’t discuss it. They ordered the Chicken Caesar Salad and the Southwest Pair Two that came w/blk beans. All in all, a nice dining experience and I would return if in Nashville at the mall.

So, I was shopping at Opry Mills late(at around 8:30p or so), and I came here thinking I wanted something predictable and favorite — buffalo chicken soft tacos. Note that it’s a smaller mall unit, rather than their typical free-standing ones. I get there, and the place looks like a hurricane hit it, and were maybe half-full of people. I made visual note that NONE of their empty tables were clean — either not clear of dirty dishes, or visibly not wiped down of food debris. Since it twas just me, the hostess asked if I wanted to sit at the bar, so I said yes, thinking that I didn’t want to deal with a dirty table. The bar was NO exception — LOTS of dirty dishes, and maybe two small parties waiting for food(sitting at the bar). I sat at a space that didn’t have any directly in front of me, though the surface was clearly dirty. Even though the bartender(Ryan) was grabbing drinks, the time in between was NOT spent cleaning up the VERYVISIBLYDIRTY bar, and though I was seeing that he was keeping himself busy, he surely had not made it a priority to clean. To see how long it would take him to notice that I was sitting there, I purposely didn’t say a word, and waited 10 minutes or so before he asked me what I needed. Typical bartender — lickity-split and no hand holding with taking my order — though I pretty much set my expectations as such, so this was not an issue with me. Waited about 15 minutes or so before gettin my food, and I asked the guy who brought it out to wipe the space directly in front of me, and he very kindly obliged, and was apologetic and super nice about it. He even thanked me for being honest(rather than compromising my experience). So the food comes out, and the rice was super hot; the buffalo chicken was barely warm, but I was fine with it. The tortillas, though, were flat-out room-temperature-cold, and they even had grill marks on ‘em! They were so horrible, that they were hard. I mentioned something, and I was honest in saying that I didn’t want another set of tortillas. I was seriously hungry and would’ve been fine with eating everything as a chicken salad, but the guy who cleaned my space earlier overheard, and they geve me another set that were piping hot. Seriously, the guys were nice, but I am apt to say that they prob are not managed or trained well. Lastly, the whole entire time that I sat at the bar — the dishes had not been cleared.

I have been here a few times, but on Tuesday July 29th, My daughter Noël and I went here before our movie. It was a little after 11, they had just opened and it wasn’t that busy yet. We were greeted and seated immediately which is always a big plus in my book. Our server arrived immediately and introduced herself. She took our drink order, I ordered soda and Noël ordered strawberry lemonade. After we looked over the menu, Noël went with a 6 oz medium rare steak with mashed potatoes and broccoli… and I went with the southwestern pick two. with chicken tostado and green chili enchilada with rice and black beans with corn salsa. It was really really good.
