Established in 2013.
Traveled the world as a humanitarian aid-worker, economist, banker, and adventurer trying to end poverty around the world. Loved food and met other food lovers around the world where we shared with each other our favorite cuisines and spices. Today, Bight of the Bend is a reflection of my stories and of other food lovers around the world.
