Excellent service. I previously used them to make an ignition key for my car. Excellent, fast, and reasonably priced. I think it was $ 80. Today I locked myself out of my home. I called them. I didn’t have enough money for quoted price and he came and unlocked my door ($ 15 less quote). So appreciative and thankful since I locked me and my 3 year old out. Forever grateful!

Sam was awesome! He was here in ten minutes and got my car unlocked in five. He was super nice guy and I can’t recommend this company enough! Thanks Sam!

I lost the key for my minivan, actually had AAA send a locksmith the day before and he couldn’t make the key, said i need to go a dealer. Called this company, tech arrived within the hour. Was very nice and professional, took him a few hours to complete because he had to take the ignition off, but he persevered and got the job done. Price was actually $ 75 cheaper than the locksmith AAA had sent.

Great service, and quick help. I called Locksmith, and the person asked if I could wait two hours? Called pop a lock, and the person was going to take at least one hour, and said he has no idea. ABC Lock & Key was there in less than 20 minutes and their price was ³⁄₅ of the previous ones, very impressed, the person also helped us with a battery problem we had. Thank you for all your help.

He worked quickly and efficiently and gave me two keys for my car. We tested both keys and they worked perfectly. Super super grateful for his help!

Don’t usually write reviews, but I had to leave a recommendation here after such a good experience (well, as good of an experience you can have after locking yourself out of your own house…). Mohammed from ABC was at our place in just over 30 min, and we were in our house a few minutes after that (he also kindly tightened the doorknob that had loosened over time). Cost less than I expected, too. If you’re foolish enough to lock yourself out, give them a call.

I called ABC Lock & Key after finding them on Unilocal.I was glad I called because they were so nice and very fast. I needed a new knob and it had to match existing hardware, which wasn’t an easy feat. They did there very best and the knob ending up looking great! Despite the fact that the old one was ancient. It’s kind of nerve racking to invite someone to your house when you are there along, to key your door, but they were really friendly and made me feel safe about using them. When I opened the door, he immediately offered his permit and politely asked if he could come in. I would highly recommend and will definitely use them again. Thanks guys!

These guys were great. Very professional and extremely nice. I came in one day with a broken key stuck in my lock, and they removed it at no charge. Then the next day came in after realizing I couldn’t find a missing piece to put the lock back on. Once again, extremely helpful and they gave me the piece at no charge. I am so grateful to them. Excellent customer service.

I had to get online to recommend these guys. I had a very professional and timely service today when I lost my house keys. Really impressed by the time in which they \showed up, how nice they were on the phone and the affordable cost. These things should be inherent but unfortunately we know they are not always. So to sum it up, great customer service.

So when a key doesn’t work its a problem and unlike some problems its not a problem you want to shop around to find the best price. Its a especially a problem when its your car/​truck. Its even more of a problem when your vehicle is blocking others vehicles in and the owners can’t use their vehicles. Its even MORE of a problem when you don’t live there! This is where our story begins on a cold wintery night in south Nashville at my brothers house. We had just come back from christmas shopping and I was completely over this particular day.
I had been having trouble turning over the key on my 2001 Ford F250 Lariat in the parking lot of the stores we had gone to that evening but managed to get the truck back to his house. «I’ll just try it one more time I thought to myself» *click* the sound of my supposed doom. So after a few hours of trying to turn the key to no avail and an hour or so of internet video searches I was convinced I was going to have to rebuild the engine to get the sucker to work.
Fast forward to the next day, I have bought the new ignition cylinder prepared to drill out the old one and replace it like they did on youtube, when I go to my sister in law and tell her what I am about to do. My brother calls her his crazy meter so I thought it might work for me as well.
You ever get into a project, and are at the point of no return? Drilling a hole into the ignition cylinder to try and remove it so I could turn the key and replace the cylinder was this point, and after talking to my sister in law I decide to call a lock smith instead of drilling a hole into my steering column. (see it worked, moment of crazy averted)
When you first call ABC lock and key, the owner (I assume) sounds like a good ol’ boy (I.e «i got the time and the parts when ya wanna get started») but after a few minutes of talking you realize he’s not, and he was said the technician will be right out. Fifteen minutes later Joseph gets there and in 20 minutes he was done. He took my old key to his van did what ever magic he did in there (took him about 5 different spells I think) came back and flipped the key over in the ignition.. . no replacement cylinder needed! Then we came to the moment of truth.. . how much was the little magic show gonna cost me (remember when i said you didn’t want to shop locksmiths? well I did and someone had quoted me 125.99 to start.. .. yeah no way buddy!) are you ready? sit down for this one. .. . oh? youre already sitting? great ! 65.00 bucks!!! Halleluja! It really was a Christmas miracle ! (ok that might be a stretch) but Joseph came out and fixed my car and gave me 4 new working keys for my truck for 80 bucks total (keys were 5 a piece)
I wish I could give these guys 6 stars ! These guys give great fast affordable service and I couldn’t be happier with the result.

Found this place based on reviews and I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience. ABC came out within the hour, and had the lock fixed and an extra key made in five minutes. Quick, courteous, and affordable!

Had them cut a copy of my motorcycle key for me; I brought them a blank. $ 5 and 5 minutes later I was riding home with my newly cut key. It’s not a perfect cut and requires a trick to get it to work in the ignition, but I could see that as an added safety feature, cause if you don’t know about it, they key won’t work in my bike, even though it’s the right key. haha

Have tried for months to get spare keys for my 2006 GTO. ABC Lock and Key got the job done in a day. Service was friendly, and with a reasonable charge. They are great! Will use, and refer, from now on.

Called with emergency commercial door lock issue. Response in less than 30 minutes. Very professional and courteous personnel.

I lost a set of keys a couple months and I needed to make a copy of my Toyota «chipped» security key and also get a new FOB remote control for my car door locks and trunk. Beamon Toyota wanted $ 140 for the FOB and they said there would also be a additional programming charge which would bump up the cost to around $ 180 – 200! After hearing that quote I didn’t even bother getting a price on a new key at Beamon but I’m sure it would be at least $ 100. Rahim was courteous and quick and 15 minutes later I had my new key and FOB for $ 147. ABC has excellent service for a very fair price & these guys seem to really understand what customer service is all about!

I am adding a star to my previous review because of the business owners commitment to follow up with me regarding my experience. He offered to refund me the transaction because he felt that I was unhappy by my review. This was not the case and I did not accept his offer. However, I cannot stress how nice it is to feel that these reviews hold importance for any business owner.
I personally feel that there is a tendency by users of Unilocal to feel that ONLY 5 star reviews are good, I don’t personally agree, but I do want to make it clear that ABC Lock & Key will make sure your experience is the very best one.
