I went to the Apple Store to fix my daughter’s shattered screen on her IPhone. They told me to come back and drop the phone off in 2 hours then I would need to leave the phone and come back again in an hour when it was done. So I left.
I walked 50 feet down the mall and stopped here. I didn’t need to talk with 3 people or anything here. He quoted me the price and warrantee right away and had the phone fixed in 20 minutes. They were very professional and did a fantastic job. Couldn’t be happier.

Don’t waste your money on their batteries. I really wish I had just gone to the Apple Store. «Saving» $ 25 has not paid off at all. My original battery was no longer lasting a day. I thought a new battery would be better.
Well, the first «new» battery they installed was worse than my original battery. The second install was just as bad. **Both of these batteries came with the writing on the battery rubbed off.** The third new battery I thought had hope. The writing was not rubbed off, it seemed to hold a charge for the whole day. I followed the technician’s directions about how long to run & charge the battery. Now, just one week later, the battery is lasting only 9 hours. I cannot express how disappointed I am.

Fantastic. The technicians replaced my cracked iPhone 5 screen in 15 minutes. The iPhone is as good as new! The price is right, and if I ever need any phone repair in the future, I know where to visit. Would highly recommend!

Just got my iPhone 5 screen replaced here in 30 min for $ 100. Extremely nice guys and they did a perfect job. Cheaper and faster than Apple Store. Highly recommend to anyone who shattered their screen!!!

I broke my phone for probably the thousand time and needed it fixed quick. I walked in and asked how quick I could get my phone fixed. Twenty minutes later, I am walking out with a new screen and the quickest service I have ever had.
Anthony and Ludwig were very helpful, friendly and I will be back when I break my phone again!!!

It took 24 hours to fix the screen (glass only) of my Samsung Galaxy 4 instead of the 2 hours they estimated, but I’m not complaining. Repairs can be like that. They were very professional and always called me back when promised. Luckily I didn’t wait for it and instead chose to come back to pick it up when it was ready.
All works perfectly so far, and I am happy. Thank you Unilocal for all the reviews, an enormous help. I almost went to a closer repair place but was convinced to drive the 45 minutes to this one because of all the good reviews. Well deserved.
It did cost me — $ 150, but it does come with a 90 day warranty.

I have a Samsung S4 Active with a broken screen. I brought it to We Fix Wireless in the Pheasant Lane Mall in Nashua, NH, the techs are great, they took care of my phone like it was there own. My phone came out great, thanks.

So I cracked my screen…3 separate times. And every time I have gone to this store because they do an AMAZING job. Every time they had it finished within 30 minutes. Great customer service, down to earth guys, and are willing to give you the best deal. If youre nervous that Apple will figure out that you have been tampering with your phone fear not… they can fix your phone with Apple parts so that Apple cant tell that you actually opened your phone to fix it. Its awesome. I was psyched that I didnt have to spend a ton of money on a new phone since I was already in a contract. Great deal. I always recommend these guys to anyone I know that cracked their screen phone. Good work. And yes I now have a HUGE protective case on my phone so that I dont have to keep going back here. haha.

Last Wednesday I ran over my cellphone with the front tire of my Ford Taurus. What a horrible nightmare, trying to replace a Samsung GS4 without spending $ 500 for a new phone or changing my cellphone service.
The screen was fractured and the LED was broken. I had no luck at the Sprint store, so I went to the Pheasant Lane Mall, and checked out the «We Fix Wireless» kiosk. I was quite tentative about having my phone opened up by a technician in the middle of the mall… especially with no guarantee that it would work.
I spoke to one of the technicians there initially, and got a rough quote to fix the phone… and though it wasn’t cheap, it was definitely a lot less expensive than buying a new phone, so I walked away and thought about it.
Later I returned with the phone and a technician named Ludwin looked at it, and said he could fix it, but when he gave it a closer look, he realized the frame was bent in addition to the other things broken. Ludwin could have just put a new screen and LED on it and made some money, but he told me it wasn’t the right way to fix the phone and I agreed. He wanted to wait and do it the right way, and it wasn’t much more money either.
He ordered the parts, called me, and I returned to have him fix the phone just like brand new. The wait was not long and it feels so much better to have my own phone, rather than a replacement. I have tons of apps loaded and my phone was just as it was before it was run over. His assessment of the phone operation after repair was 100% correct. He let me test out the camera functions, etc, and cleaned up the phone real nice. He even helped me by cleaning my OtterBox case and putting it together.
Ludwin was very reliable. When he said he’d call, he did. It’s truly amazing what they can do with even a phone that was run over by a big car.

Really helpful and easy to talk to reps. Luke in particular was great — I don’t have an iPhone or a Samsung Galaxy, so they needed to order that part and he suggested waiting a week to see if the part price would go down (it was a newer phone) — sure enough, he wound up saving me 30% or so.
I would definitely suggest working with these guys if you break your cell phone screen. Smart guys. Solid service. Fair pricing.

Again, We Fix Wireless came through in style. I needed the charging port replaced on my iphone5 POS.
Not only did they replace it, they also replaced my battery when they noticed that the terminal was corroded.
These guys are awesome. As long as Apple is designing their products with planned obsolescence, We Fix Wireless will be there to correct the problems.

I got my iPhone LCD fixed by ‘We FIX Wireless’ and can’t agree with the other reviewers more! They were fast, expert at the repair (I saw them do it right in front of me), and the price was totally right. There is no way buying the parts and attempting the repair myself would have been worth trying to save a few dollars compared to the speed, quality job, and value ‘We FIX Wireless’ has to offer. And they were cheerful and pleasant. A top quality experience. Will definitely use again for other devices and recommend to others.

These guys (and Gal) are awesome. Great personality. Customer service is not dead after all. Brought my daughters phone in for repair, they didn’t have the part so one of the techs drove 20 miles to get it while we shopped. Jeremy rocks!!! Thanks again.

I sure was skeptical about this place. Wrongfully so. I had my Galaxy S4 fixed here recently. I could not be happier with the service and quality of their work. I broke the phone only 5 months into my contract and nearly had a heart attack. They fixed it for me for $ 190. Very pleased. There are a few companies that do this kind of work. I asked AT&T who I should trust work on the phone and they recommended these guys. I see why now. Highly Highly recommend.

Based on what I read in Unilocal,I thought it would be a good idea to give them a shot.
The phone: HTC One Developer Edition
The problem: A cracked screen and a broken transparent cover glass that sits on top of the rear camera.
I contacted HTC for the screen, and they quoted $ 200 for fixing it. I found these guys while roaming around in Pheasant Lane Mall in Nashua, NH, and I thought I’d inquire. As it turned out, they said they can fix both the problems for $ 190. So I paid for it upfront, and ask them to fix it.
I was greatly dissatisfied with the work they did:
— When I got the phone back, I noticed that both the rear and the front cameras were taking hazy pics. Under the lens of the front camera, I could see a whitish layer — more like the fog that develops on the inner side of a car’s windshield during cold weather. Also, the volume down button didn’t work. I gave the phone back to them to fix it.
— When I got it back the second time, the original problems were largely gone, but I noticed several small problems. The back soft-​key on the front screen was partly unlit. The rear camera lens was at an angle with respect to the back surface. In dark, you could see light coming out of the bottom edge of the screen — as if the screen isn’t fit perfectly. Further, the screen wasn’t uniform and tightly fit — the top-​left side protruded out more than top-​right, the bottom row protruded out as well.
I gave the phone back to them, and a couple of days later, I got it back in exactly the same state I gave them. I was told that the technician has tried his best to fix it and that’s the best he could do.
In all fairness, apart from the minor quirks, the device does work fine. Further, it is a known fact that these monolithic phones are a pain to open and fix, and the HTC One, even more so. Still, I’d have expected that the guys told me that it wouldn’t be as good as before. For almost the same cost that HTC would have charged me, I had expected more.
In short, if you want to get your phone back in a working condition, these guys may be able to help you out. But if you want your phone to be fixed as good as it was before, I wouldn’t recommend them. If your manufacturer will charge you almost the same as these guys, I’d suggest you stick with your manufacturer.

The digitizer on my iPhone 4s stopped working… these guys replaced it in under an hour while I shopped. They rock.
To self replace would have cost $ 50 for parts, taken me a couple of hours, and have possibly yielded a phone with something else broken due to my repair effort, so the $ 100 was a very good deal in my eyes. The alternative would have been $ 400+ for a new phone as I have another year on contract so I was happy I happened past these dudes on way to Apple and AT&T stores.

I went to we fix wireless a couple days ago and got my iphone fixed. The customer service and work was great. The person who took care of me was Kevin. He told me it would take about 30 minutes to fix the phone. At the moment I didn’t have time so he told me to stand around and it’ll be faster. While I waited there with him he have me a whole bunch of advice on how to protect my phone. I only waited like 15 minutes and he was done and my phone looks and works great. Thank you Kevin from we fix wireless I’ll be sending people to you.

I dropped my phone, cracked the glass and was up s### creek because I was not due for an upgrade for another year. Luckily, I found these guys in a kiosk in the pheasant lane mall, on the first floor outside the Verizon store.
They fixed my phone while I went shopping and when I came back an hour and a half later, the phone was as good as new. I chose to put on a customized casing of which they have a wide selection. The guys who worked there were helpful, and they were cheaper than other places I have checked out. Dan, the tech said he could ship my phone to me if i didn’t have the time to wait.
For me it was a no brainer to fix my phone instead of paying $ 600 bucks for a new smartphone.
Very satisfied with their technical expertise, service and pricing. Check these guys out if your phone is ever broken.
