Update: I did get a call after posting the review from Frank the production manager and he apologized for the miscommunication and service… That was a nice touch… So I hope your experience if you use them is much better… Just be sure to get Frank involved early in the process… Good luck!

Poor poor poor customer service. Took 3+ weeks to get a quote… Oh did I mention I had to call twice to get someone to even call me back to set up an appt for a quote? They didn’t seem to care either. I guess they are not interested in doing any business. Stay away. Shame on me for waiting this long. On to the next!

Quality Insulation completed a five star installation in February 21, 2012 of Urethane Foam Insulation in my home. They are an approved contractor on the PSNH Energy Star Home Insulation Upgrade. Tom Lee, was excellent to work with. Tom did my home energy audit, submitted it to PSNH to qualify me for a $ 4000.00 rebate on the cost of the installation. Check NHSaves out! Quality has been doing hundreds of home insulation upgrades each year. I am thrilled with keeping at 70 degrees all winter and saving money as well.

Jim is the worst sales person ever. He would not help me with a service call but took my business when I had major door replacements. This company and people do not care. I called once and they told me to go to Home Depot for a part when they knew it was something custom that I couldn’t find anywhere. I would NEVER use this company… and if you get Jim as a sales person, you, are, screwed.
