Four days a week for 10 weeks and I still love it and can’t get enough! Everyone is welcoming and helpful. The studio is immaculate and the workout can’t be beat. I’ve seen amazing results, especially in my seat and legs.

I’m just coming up to the end of the trial month of unlimited classes for $ 100. I went into it expecting to go merrily on my way back to the regular gym at the end of the month because there was no way I was going to be hooked in enough to purchase a full membership at the end of it all. WELL, fast forward and here I am, shuffling my budget around to make room for it and straight up canceling my gym membership, planning my days around it and even regularly getting up at 5(a.m.!!) to get there.(If you knew me at all, you’d find this 5 a.m. business especially alarming.) One thing I am BRILLIANT at is excuses. I can talk myself out of absolutely anything if I don’t really want to do it. Pure Barre holds me accountable by making you sign up in advance for your classes and makes me not WANT to make excuses because I legitimately want to be there. Even at 5:30 a.m. After only a month of 4 or so classes per week, I’m seeing a positive change in my body and strength and am also enjoying seeing improvement in my ability to keep up with the routines, which are similar enough each time that you can track your incremental improvement. Ironically, it gets HARDER the more you do it, because you’re able to do more and understand more about how to do it properly, which makes your body work more. One thing I particularly like about this studio is how welcoming it is. I don’t have a dance background at all, and I had fallen off the regular workout wagon a few months prior to signing up on a whim and not once have I felt out of place or like I’m too far behind. You do what you can and keep showing up and progress at your own pace and the instructors are there to help AND push you. Oh, and buy the socks! It seems like a silly add-on, but sticky socks make it WAY easier, especially the plank sequence. I wish I’d hopped on the sock train right away. ______ Update! I’m into my third month of membership now, and still going consistently and I cannot TELL you how many inches I have lost. A lot, though. I am raiding my «skinny clothes» bin on the regular and retiring now-baggy pants. I even had to last minute swap out a dress I’d saved for my anniversary because it bags at the shoulders now. This method and studio get results!
