Terrible service. We prepaid with a voucher and then repeatedly called to schedule a cleaning.
After calling about 8 times over 2 weeks, we spoke with one individual, but were not able to make an appointment. The representative from the company who was supposed to call us back never did so. Terrible customer service and business model.

I contacted Mops and Buckets several weeks ago and scheduled 4 hours of cleaning services and had prepaid $ 50.00. They were supposed to arrive at 10:15am yesterday and they never showed up or called to reschedule. I made several attempts to contact them by phone and got an answering machine. Today I receive a lame email blaming their missed appointment on their I phone being dropped in a toilet. Wasted hours of my time. Never again.
