Manager

I was a smoker from around 13 years old to 20 years old. I started vaping when I was 14 years old. Back then all that existed with electronic cigarette technology was under powered and not very efficient or well engineering cigalikes. It didn’t help me quit. I knew that the electronic cigarette had potential, but at this point in time, it just wasn’t doing it for me. As the years went on and technology improved, I bought every new product, type of battery, atomizers, tanks and kits that came out. Around 18 years old I found an e-​cig that helped me quit. Unfortunately I was living on my own, with a lot of expenses, and I lost my e-​cig. I went back to butts for a while, saved up, and got a new one. It honestly took me a couple weeks to completely get off analogs again, but I did.

Now after experiencing so much in the vaping world, and continuing to… I believe in them. I’ve been cigarette free for almost two years.

I’d be honored to help you get set up with the best vaping products :)

The employees are on the younger side and very chill. Even though they are super low key, they are very helpful. I bought my starter pen at another store and no one bother to tell me to soak the coils. As a result, I burned through a couple of them quickly. I bought a new device and the employee explained how to take care of it. Thanks Lineage Vapes! :D
Also, I’m happy that they only sell vapors and juice. I really don’t want to be seen in a smoke shop.
They have a nice selection of juice. And the personal always have good opinions of great tasting juice. The only suggestion I have is to have real samplers — ones that clients can try. Sometimes smelling the juice isn’t the same as tasting it. I was at another store where they had pre-​made pens with select juice.

I don’t know what all the hype is about in the reviews. My friend took me here and the people who work here didn’t know anything. It felt sketchy to me, and I’m pretty sure most of their stuff was clones. I’m never going back, and I converted my friend to Rebel Smoke in my hometown.

First the pros: They have a lovely selection. Lots of artisan juices and lots of different mods, batteries and toys. Relaxing atmosphere and excellent product knowledge.
The cons: The clientele seems a little young and rough around the edges for my taste. During my last visit, there had just been a fistfight. As a result of this the guy behind the counter was handing off his pistol to be returned to the office. A boutique shop that has fistfights in it is a bit of a red flag but not one that I can’t overlook. A shop that responds to fistfights with guns is one that I will never return to. I can’t imagine a better counterexample to good customer service than being made to feel that I might catch a stray bullet from one of the employees.

Came into the shop looking to get some information and possibly purchase a rig and liquid. As I’m new to vaping I was hoping to get some information and suggestions on what to buy/​how this all works. I entered the shop and looked around, their selection looked good and the shop smelled great. Unfortunately not a single worker acknowledged me, never even looked my way or even said hello. A few workers were busy with other customers so I walked around and checked out the selection. I spent about five minutes looking around and still no one said hello or even «I’ll be with you in a minute». I understand if your helping other people but you should at least let the customer know that they’re there and that you will be with them in a moment. I ended up leaving after no one helped me and ended up going to another local store which was super helpful and explained everything in great detail. I ended up dropping $ 250 on a new battery tank and liquids at the «other store». It’s unfortunate they missed out on my business considering I drove 30 miles and was ready to spend up to $ 300. Seemed like a great spot but the customer service was the only reason they missed out on my business. I wish it had worked out :(

Great group of guys at this shop. These guys are the REAL vaping specialists of Nashua. Great customer service, crazy product variety, and fun atmosphere. Just wish I could go more often.

I am not sure what Philip J is talking about, obviously he has some personal vendetta against the owners, but this is one of the best shops I’ve ever had the pleasure of visiting. I was visiting some friends in NH and we stopped by Lineage Vapors. I absolutely loved it. Kyle, Jeff, Glen, and Pat were all extremely nice and very helpful.
Definitely some of the most humble people I’ve met in the ecig industry thus far, and I have met quite a few. I’ve visited more vape shops than I can count in many states, but Lineage ranks among the best. The welcoming atmosphere, juice selection, willingness to help. Hell, not only a great place to shop, but a great place to hang out!
Without a doubt I will be back again and recommend Lineage Vapors to everyone, from the smokers trying to quite to the people who have been vaping for years!
