Id give 0 stars if i could. They sold me a car a week ago. They said they would stand by there work and the car. I have had the car in the shop 3 times this week all for mechanical issues. The first time 2 days into owning it, it was leaking oil all over my garage which they took it back and put a seal in to make it stop. it has started again. the second thing is its leaking wiper fluid everywhere. i brought it to them yesterday and i called them by the end of the day and they said they couldn't find anything wrong which i know isn't true because i took the car apart and found the leak prior to taking it to them. I am also now missing part of my undercarriage which they took off and swear that it was never there, again i know that's not true because i took it off and put it back on prior to taking it to them. Anyways i picked up the car and about 10 mins later i went back to grab something i left there and i look at the spot where the car was parked and there was giant puddle where it was parked when i went over to show it to them i was told " we are not a car dealership, we will not take the car back, we don't know what's wrong with it" needless to say i will not be returning as there both rude and not trust worthy. -100 stars if i could stay clear of this crapshoot.

Yesterday my 2000 Honda Accord had a flat at a shopping plaza just down the street from Glidden Auto Service. Rather than replace it with the spare«doughnut» in the trunk, I tried walking over to a nearby tire dealership to get some help. The agent there told me that they don’t do any work out of the building because they are not insured for it. He would have to call for their towing service and it could take up to an hour– but at least it would be covered by my auto insurance policy. I decided instead to take a ½ mile walk down to Glidden Auto Service to see if they could help me. I spoke with Paul the owner who arranged for one of his coworkers to drive me over to my car. He brought along a compressed air tank and pumped my tire back up. It seemed to be fine as we couldn’t hear any air coming out. I told him it was a new«used» tire that I had just purchased on Saturday and that I wanted to drive over to the used tire dealer and see what he could do for me. He told me that I would be safe driving it for a few miles at least. I asked him what I owed him. He just waved his hands. I said, «Really, I’d like to pay you for your trouble. My insurance will cover it.» He said«You don’t owe me anything.» I shook his hand and thanked him for taking the time and trouble to help me out in a difficult situation. I would gladly visit this service station for gas or for help with any of my automobile service needs in the future. They are honest, polite and helpful.
