Attorney Garner has been providing legal services to individuals and families in New Hampshire for more than thirty years. Over that time, he has developed expertise in a wide range of practice areas. As a solo practitioner he can provide the individualized attention to his clients in a way that can often be more cost effective, efficient and personalized than what a large or medium sized firm can offer. His extensive trial practice involves all aspects of complex divorce, child custody cases and related family law matters. As a trained Collaborative Law professional he can offer a unique and new way of settling disputes for families in conflict.

History

Established in 1982.

Attorney Garner focuses on legal services that primarily revolve around the needs of individuals, families and small business owners. Divorce and family law cases have traditionally comprised a large practice area for the firm. In addition to providing a more traditional litigation style of divorce, Attorney Garner is trained in the Collaborative divorce model which seeks to resolve marital and family disputes with a less adversarial process that in the end can save the parties financial resources and emotional distress. While practicing in the bankruptcy realm for more than 30 years, Attorney Garner has more recently devoted a substantial amount of time to assisting clients navigate the complex area of bankruptcy law, foreclosures and debt relief.

Business Owner

Christopher Garner is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association and is a 1981 graduate of the University of New Hampshire School of Law (formerly known as Franklin Pierce Law Center). He is also a member of the Maine State Bar and is admitted to practice before all State Courts in Maine and New Hampshire, the Federal District Courts for the Districts of Maine and New Hampshire and the Federal Bankruptcy Court. Attorney Garner also appears regularly before administrative agencies throughout the state.
