This is the worst pharmacy ever! I called in a refill for my prescription Sunday night for pickup Wednesday at noon. I show up Wednesday at 130pm and it’s not ready! And this isn’t the first time this has happened! Why do you ask me when I want to pick it up if it isn’t going to be ready? I go to this pharmacy because it’s convenient to my business. I guess I’ll be going out of my way to another pharmacy from now on!

I’ve used other CVS pharmacies for years. I returned to NH recently and since I used this location before I started to use it again. I needed several new prescriptions and called to get prices since I knew they would not be covered by insurance. I called others, Walgreen’s, Rite Aid, and Osco and they gave me prices. This CVS would not, and told me I had to bring in the Rx and they had to enter it in the computer before they could give me a price, that’s ridiculous! I thought this was odd, so I called a week later about another prescription and same thing. I bought my 3 Rx at Walgreen’s across the street. No more CVS for me.

If I could give this specific CVS zero star I would. The store itself is fine. What I have issue with is the actual pharmacy itself. I have a simple prescription that I’m supposed to pick up monthly. When I first started my prescription at this pharmacy, they asked me if I’d like the prescription to be auto filled every month. Of course I said yes that be great. But it was never ready when I was supposed to pick it up. So six months into my prescription I finally asked the pharmacist what I have to do to have my prescription auto filled, they said oh we just need a phone number. I said well why didn’t somebody tell me that six months ago I’ve been calling assuming that my prescription would be ready and it never was. So today I went to pick up my prescription and of course again no prescription, they said they’re really backed up even though I called ahead they said it’d be ready in one hour, I arrive two hours later, not ready, I wait for an additional 20 minutes still not ready. Then the pharmacist that originally helped me left for the day and somebody new came in so I asked them again can I have my prescription. He said with a very rude attitude ‘oh it’s been ready for a while’. Well thank you, I’m moving my prescription elsewhere.
