All I can say is: falafel wrap. If that was he only thing you could try here please do so it is so yummy! The last time I had a falafel wrap that good was in NYC and I have been searching for something that compares ever since. My husband always gets the lamb gyro and he LOVES it. This place is the reason he orders lamb now when we go to other restaurants but none have come close to how they prepare it. We usually order in person, wait, and eat there. We never have to wait too long maybe 15 minutes or so, but you can call in your order for pick up as well. I can’t say enough about the food, so good!

The food here rivals what you get in Boston. Service is always amazing — very friendly staff. The falafalo wrap(falafel with buffalo sauce) is a must try if you’re feeling adventurous. I may be butchering the spelling but they’ll know what I’m talking about.

I stopped in here on a whim after a doctors appointment, and I am so glad that I did. Best falafel wrap I’ve ever had. I added feta and tabouleh to it, and it was out of this world. Very large portion as well — their wraps could easily be cut in half and split between 2 people. They have so many vegetarian options, I can’t wait to go back and try more!

I used to live in Nashua and would come here once a week for dinner with my wife. Her and I don’t live in the city anymore, but we travel over 25 minutes just for lunch nowadays. This place is hands-down one of the best Lebanese places Ive eaten at. And Im Lebanese!

Went in for a quick lunch. «Falafallo» wasn’t my favorite, but I’m no falafel expert… On the other hand, the beef shawarma was very good. Food took a little long

Pierre is the man! He runs such a great shop and makes amazing Lebanese food. Things to try would be the chicken kabob wrap, combo d2(chicken rice and hummus) chicken bomb and the buffalaffo wrap. Grab a side of the garlic sauce as well and you’ll be able to fend off vampires for the next few days.

Stopped in at a friend’s recommendation while up in Nashua. PRO– Food was excellent! Single Lamb kabob had five pieces of meat on top of very flavorful rice with mushrooms, onions & peppers. Side salad was standard but fresh with good creamy dressing. Ward had the same for dinner, he got the hummus(not salad) & said it was very good. The bread comes individually wrapped in plastic and was soft & fresh. Staff was very nice & cooked the tender marinated lamb exactly to order. CON-The place has all the charm of your local sub shop, which means basically, none. You order at the counter & they bring it out to you(least they did for us, place was otherwise empty except for people getting take out). Our dinners were served in attractive Styrofoam takeout containers with plastic utensils. Drinks in bottles in the cooler, same as the sub shop. SO-Don’t expect anything in way of atmosphere. But no one goes here for that anyway. Go for the very good Lebanese food. If you live in the area, grab some takeout, you won’t be sorry. For a fast, tasty lunch/dinner stop in if you are in the area & don’t mind a very casual but good Lebanese meal.

Looking for a quick bite to eat on the way up to Vermont, we stopped in this tiny strip mall restaurant for some falafel. I ordered some grape leaves to start, which was a good idea since the kitchen is surprisingly slow for a falafel place. The grape leaves were small, but packed a lot of flavor and at 6 for $ 4 not a bad deal. I’m actually glad we waited on the falafel and chicken kabob wraps since they were both excellent. The falafel had a nice crunch to it and there was plenty of sauce on it. At some places, the pita doesn’t hold up for the whole wrap, but the pita at Cedar’s was quite hearty and even a little chewy. The only slight complaint I have is that more vegetables would be nice. The chicken kabob was a very similar wrap, but replace the falafel with grilled chicken marinated in yogurt sauce. The chicken was quite tender, much better than I usually get at falafel/kabob shops and enough to make me reconsider my default falafel order.

Great hummus! It was fantastic — worth the trip in itself. Lamb anything is good too… but the hummus was the star of my meal there

We don’t go to Nashua to often, but from now on this is a definite stop for us. The food was delicious. I got the beef and chicken kabob dinner. The chicken was succulent. The beef was flavorful. The hummus was fresh, garlicky, and awesome. The tabouleh was fresh and a nice counterpoint to the meats. My wife tried the falafel love wrap. She said there was a little too much buffalo sauce, but she still enjoyed it a lot. My wife can be picky about her food. So the fact that she enjoyed it is a much better recommendation than mine. We will return often so we can sample more of their delicious food. You definitely get more than your money’s worth. I highly recommend it!

The falafel here is the best, as many others have mentioned. Hummus is also amazing. It tastes like they use a good amount of tahini it it to make it so creamy and wonderful. What I really love about Cedar’s is their fresh pita bread, it’s to die for. Not too dry, not too moist, and its nice and thin but thick enough that it doest fall apart easily. I’ve gone in here a few times just to pick up a side order of hummus with a pack a pitas, and that is a delicious meal in itself! If you take home a side of hummus, drizzle it with olive oil, a squirt of fresh lemon juice, and some roasted garlic on top! See ya later Sabra, Cedar’s hummus is 1000 times better.

Happened upon Cedars while in the area for an appointment. Saw their sign stating«best falafel in NH» and actually got out of my car to go check it out, and boy am I glad I did. I got the chicken kabob and falafel dinner, which came with hummus and tabouleh, and a fresh homemade pita. I nearly dropped to the floor with the first bite. The Tabouleh was spot on and the hummus was creamy and rich. The Falafel with Tahini was really really delicious. I can’t wait to share this gem with my family!

I was itching to find a new place to try and stumbled upon this place. Without question, this is the best Mediterranean restaurant in the area. You’d have to go to Boston to find anything better. The restaurant itself is small. It’s in a strip mall and there’s not much to it. We had to wait a while for the meal to arrive, but we were well rewarded once it did show up. Everything was delicious. The portions were nice and big, so we definitely didn’t leave hungry. The taboulle is probably some of the best I’ve had. The seasoning is perfect. The hummus is creamy and spot on. All the meats were cooked well. It was an outstanding meal, for not a lot of money.
