Our community features 1– and 2-bedroom garden-style apartments with private patios or balconies and in-unit laundry. Amenities include a fitness center, swimming pool, and lighted tennis courts.
I lived here in 2009 right after all the renovations were made. The grounds are beautiful and the units themselves are very clean. It was a peaceful, quiet place to live. Of course, this all came at an extremely high price. I was paying almost $ 1,000 for a 1 bed, 1 bath, which at the time already seemed high. Looking at their prices now, the same unit starts at $ 1,300/month. Like, seriously, this is Nashua, NH, not metro Boston. How in the world they can find people willing or able to pay such high rent is beyond me. When I was moving to my new condo, the woman who took my final rent payment was pretty rude, and seemed to be jealous that a twenty-something was able to purchase a property. Save your money and rent from an independent landlord, or even buy a condo if you can. If you can afford the rent here, then you can afford a mortgage payment. These corporate-owned complexes are a major rip off.

Great place to live — very safe area and up-kept grounds. Management has always been very helpful whenever I have needed them!

We stayed at bay ridge for 1 ½ years. Pros: Really peaceful place to live nice staff at leasing office decent gym to work out Place looks beautiful all round the year Nice apt with not so bad closets(they can be a bit bigger) Maintenance is great We hardly had any maintenance issues in our apt nice friendly people in the community Over all a nice place to love in Nashua. Cons: Rent gets too high when we try to renew our lease which makes lot of move outs and Move In’s They get really high we we start comparing with other apartments in Nashua.

I looked at a lot of apartments and I picked this one. You should too. The maintenance staff is great. When you schedule an appointment, they actually show up on time. If by chance they’re delayed, they will promptly inform you. I was impressed by the maintenance and the management as well. The pool is great and well taken care of. The grounds were always well maintained. I loved the hydrangeas. The residents were friendly and respectful. I never had noise issues. There are designated quiet hours from 10:00PM-7:00AM. I always tried to be respectful. For example, I never slammed doors or blasted the television. The management also sends monthly e-mails to remind residents of the rules and any other issues that they wish to address. I like the fact that only people living in your building have access to your main entrance. It’s also nice to have your mail box located inside your own building. Snow removal wasn’t a problem. Maintenance was on top of it. I enjoyed the work out facilities and loved walking around the apartments. I always felt safe at any hour of the day or night. I lived here from August 2012-October 2013. The only reason I moved was due to a job change. I highly recommend this apartment community for a single person or one with a family. I had a very positive experience. See my personal pictures! If I didn’t feel so positive about my experience I wouldn’t have taken the time to write this. I feel that I am saving you from all the headaches of apartment hunting. I know, I had those headaches. I looked at so many apartments that I lost count. This one was the best. Your search is over. I have done the leg work for you. I am confident that you will have a positive experience! P. S. There is no solicitation at the apartments. You will not have fliers or what not on your car or outer main door. I miss this. My current new apartment in another state said that there is no solicitation, but I come home to pizza fliers all over my door. I do not have a secured main entrance like Bay Ridge Apartments. This is awful, because people know when you’re not there due to all the fliers. Having a secured entrance and absolutely no solicitation is very important. Again, another reason Bay Ridge is the best choice around. The most important thing in shopping for an apartment is safety and security. I can’t stress enough how wonderful it is to feel absolutely safe. At Bay Ridge you and your family will be safe. P. S. I read another Unilocal review from 3÷9÷2014 complaining about an upstairs neighbor who jumps, runs and most likely walks heavily. I am sorry you had this issue. The noisy neighborhood should try to be respectful, but not everyone is. Give the issue a little time and who knows this annoying neighbor may move out. The positive thing about apts is that people move in and out all the time. I can relate to this issue because I’m residing in an apt in another state now and our neighbor upstairs is like Godzilla. I hear his every move. My best advice is always try to get an apartment on the top floor wherever you rent. It may cost a little more, but it will be worth it. You should consider asking Bay Ridge if you could rent a third floor apartment instead. A relative of mine was really unhappy in an apt in another state. They solved the problem by simply relocating to a different apartment building in the same complex. They were much happier. Problem solved. Most people at Bay Ridge are respectful of noise and etc. There’s going to be some bad apples no matter where you reside.

I just moved from Bay Ridge this month, I had an overall positive experience. But certainly not anything to rave about. I never had issues with management, but they knew our Apt. number and building number off hand when I walked in to pay rent. Snow removal was normally fine, when people got off their butts to move their cars. Id give higher marks if the floors and walls weren’t so thin. We could hear every word our upstairs neighbors said. Late at night we could hear their dog(yes, seriously) walking around the apt. It was enough to creak the floor boards. Our Neighbor across the hall was a smoker and the smell could permeate our living room unless we constantly had on scented candles. Rent was a little high considering nothing was included($ 1300 for 2/2, 1000 sq. feet or close to that) we had to pay trash, water, gas, and electric on top of that.
