Audi Nashua

I’ve purchased two Audis from Audi Nashua, and am convinced this is what car buying should be. Although several other Audi dealerships are closer to my residence, Audi Nashua has had the unique cars with special features & packages that make traveling the extra distance worthwhile. The dealership is what you’d expect from Audi– ultra clean, professional, organized, and efficiently run. And the cars have been amazing. I’ve been to several MA-​based Audi dealerships in the past, and have had a couple high pressure experiences, which I didn’t appreciate. That said, Mark Pitera’s no-​pressure attitude, and straight forward, friendly, demeanor has been refreshing. And his wiliness to make special accommodations has been pleasantly surprising– all the reason to keep returning to this one particular dealership. Couldn’t be happier.

Just purchased my 3^rd Audi from Audi of Nashua. I couldn’t recommend them more highly. Shane, my sales rep, has been attentive, following up with me regularly to make sure that I’ve been happy with my purchase and the service I’ve received over the years. He went the extra mile setting up garage door openers, bluetooth connections, and providing a great tutorial on how to use many of the features that most car users would never take the time to learn. The sales management staff was also supportive.
As everyone knows, a car owner’s experience doesn’t begin and end with the sales staff. Over the years, I’ve developed great relationships with the service staff who are always willing to accommodate work schedules, arrange loaner vehicles, and ensure that the car is services properly. There’s a reason many people return to this dealership — great product, helpful sales staff and great service. Winning combination.

If I could give them negative 5 stars, I would. I bought a used car, Audi A4, 4 weeks ago that had a history of oil consumption problems (never disclosed to me before purchase). I live in Boston, and commuted to Audi of Nashua due to the insufficient oil issue twice before they told me they were going to issue the work that needed to be done (a two part procedure). The first time I drove there, they called me 15 minutes after I dropped the car off (after an hour commute) and told me the car was all set and had nothing wrong with it. This is practically a slap in the face since I just discovered that they knew there was an oil consumption problem since 2013.
The second time, I called the service manager who explained to me that issue and what needed to be done. He made me an appointment to come in to do the first part of this procedure. I called and asked how long this would take and if I could get a rental. They told me they could call a shuttle service to bring me to the mall… I live an hour away.
The procedure took about an hour and a half. During this time, the salesman who sold me this lemon totally avoided me at all costs– which shouldn’t have been a surprise since he refused to return my calls after I mentioned the oil issue the first time.
Then they told me to drive the car until the oil light came on again and bring it back for the second part. At this point, I called and asked if the second part could be done in Audi Burlington, they said yes.
I made the appointment for the second part of this test in Burlington. When I arrived today to bring in my car… surprise! There was no record of the 1^st part of this test done (except in December of 2013).
Long story short I WILL NEVERRRR go back to Audi of Nashua.
I have had better customer service in a dollar store.

Amazing car buying experience. Fast, fair and out the door in a few hours. Everyone is super knowledgable about the products and I did not feel super pressured to buy. Overall great experience.

My husband and I recently bought an Audi Q7, S Line from Patrick Holland of Audi Nashua. We went back and forth between the station wagon and the Q7 SUV — Patrick was both knowledgeable and patient. Over a few weeks, via email and during our 3 visits, he got to know us and helped us find the car that would best meet our needs. When it came to financing, the initial offer made by Audi was surprisingly reasonable, especially with regards to our VW trade-​in. We didn’t have to spend a lot of time negotiating — not the stereotypical car buying experience. He even came up slightly on the trade-​in to help us make the deal work, even when we had accepted the offer as is, and went above and beyond finding an even lower interest rate than was initially agreed upon. When all was said and done, he spent extra time walking us through all of the functions of the car and installing the floor mats. If you’re in the market for an Audi, check out Audi Nashua and ask for Patrick Holland. The guy is a workhorse, super knowledgeable, and works really hard for your business.

Went to Audi of Nashua today looking to purchase a brand new Q5. From the moment we pulled onto the lot we didn’t see a single sales person so we walked around and looked at a few and then went into the showroom and started opening the doors and sitting in the Q5 to check it out. The entire time not one person came over to greet us or see if we needed help, now mind you there were no other customers in the showroom! I am extremely disappointed and will be taking my business elsewhere!

We bought a used A4 from Shane. My girlfriend was finally getting her dream car! The car was missing the front tow hook cover. Shane said he was ordering it and they would get it shortly. When test driving she is a little too short to notice two chips low on the windshield on the drivers side. She called Shane a day or two after to confirm he ordered the tow cover and to inquire about the windshield damage. We had to call Shane six or seven times in four weeks! We finally spoke to someone else and after a few more calls we finally got a call back. He said he was sorry he was on vacation. I find it hard to believe he was on vacation for six weeks.
Finally after six weeks we got the toe hook cover. We also were finally told that they would not do anything about the windshield chips. We were assured that they were filled and could not get worse. Also since the car passed state inspection we had no problem. Shane said we should go through our insurance. Not good customer service here.
Now two months after buying the car. One of the chips in the windshield turned in to a four inch crack! So now it won’t pass inspection so it is a problem! This will likely get worse. I went in to buy some Audi accessories for my girlfriends birthday. Spoke to Danielle (she is great) about the issues. She wrote an email to the used car manager and said we should expect a call. Guess what?
Two more weeks have gone by. We have not heard from anyone!
I am beyond frustrated with the lack of customer service here. No one cares about you after you sign the dotted line. Do yourself the favor and go somewhere else to buy an Audi.

BUYER BEWARE: After leasing my 5^th Audi this fall, I will NEVER deal with Audi of Nashua again. James Giniewicz, Sales Manager, misrepresented the features of the Audi Q7 I leased. This matter has been completely mishandled by Jude Pearson, James Giniewicz and the General Manager Larry Bedell, all of Audi of Nashua. They were wholly unwilling to take responsibility for their misrepresentation of the features of the car I am leasing. Unfortunately I now must file a complaint with the State of NH Department of Justice Office of the Attorney General since the vehicle I received did not include all of the features that were promised to me by James Giniewicz, Sales Manager.

Read previous reviews, ironically myself and girl friend had similar experience as others. Stopped to look at the Q5, we liked it but didn’t have time to test drive. Sales rep contacted me via email, said if we wanted to schedule a test drive to let her know and she would arrange it. To make a long bad experience short, after several emails and ph calls we arranged a test drive for 4:00. We arrived promptly at 4:00, sales rep was no where to be found, when she was located she told us it would take her a few minutes to find the keys as they were probably buried in a drawer with a thousand other keys clearly being sarcastic. We waited another 20 mins at which time we were told they had no Q5’s on site to drive. We were asked if we could come back tomorrow, they would bring a car from «their warehouse» for us to test drive. At aprox 8:00 pm that night we received an email telling us they didn’t have any Q5’s at the warehouse and they would contact us when they did. At this point we realized what a poorly run dealership we were dealing with and told the rep we would take our business elsewhere. This dealership clearly has poor leadership, shop at your own risk!

Liars, getting defensive, just a plain dishonest place — a reason not to drive an Audi.
Except: It gives you a feeling of exclusivity, getting served a coffee while being totally overcharged. Feeling elegant while opening your checkbook? If you care about your money, you are simply not a member of the target group this company aims for.
This is a review about 2 years having had to deal with Audi of Nashua.
Drama, Act 1:
I bought a used A6, about 5 years old.
My mistake: Despite I know that these «insurances» we get sold-​up into are only a way to crank more money out of the customer, I bought one. Stupid me, but I trusted their finance guy that «everything is covered, including the electronics». Of course that wasn’t the case, the $ 3,500 only covered things that are automotive grade, like wiper motors, seat motors, window motors, and don’t fail anyways during the projected covered time, but not the consumer electronics.
When I bought the car, the «keys were lost, except one». Check out ebay for «used Audi remote keys» and you will realize that this is a whole industry, «misplacing» remote keys, selling them for a couple of hundred bucks a piece and then charging the customer another few hundreds to get them programmed for the car. Go figure. I had to talk to their general manager to avoid having to buy my keys back via ebay.
Drama, Act 2:
Some entertainment stuff failed, so everything on the fiber optics bus didn’t work anymore, including the radio, navigation system, … so this nice car was thrown back to the technology level of the early 80’s, minus a radio. Of course their «insurance» didn’t cover that: $ 1800.
Drama, Act 3:
I went there for a state inspection. Estimate for the repairs to get the sticker: $ 2200. I left there and went to my local mom and pop car repair shop: More than half of the repair costs weren’t necessary to pass inspection, and the brake job was done for exactly half the money! Saved: $ 1800.
Drama, Act 4:
Really bad advice. Always. Their «service consultants» are fairly useless, and some of them just throwing around rhetorical phrases to cover up their cluelessness. I drive Audi since the model year 1977, I had the models Typ 44, C4, C5, C6 (all Audi 100 and A6 versions of the last 3 decades), drove dozens of Audis into the ground and I have two engineering degrees. I know a little bit about these cars. I never heard so much B.S. from an «expert».
Drama, Act 5:
When their Service Manager solicits your opinion about how great their service is and how competent and professional their personnel is, and you give him an honest, clear and straight answer, he gets defensive!
As long as you don’t ask questions, but just shut up and pay, you are what they consider a valuable customer, and they’ll treat you like a king — or better, the kings don’t treat you as the idiot they make out of you.
This company is a hopeless case. Their ignorant and arrogant management doesn’t care, and so do the employees. Don’t go there.

I really like my Audi A6 but will never walk into this dealership again. The sales rep was awesome. Its pretty bad when the only people you feel comfortable to work with are the sales folks given the stereotype but Shane was awesome. The Management and the Service department are beyond horrible and have not improved in the 5 ½ yrs I’ve owned my vehicle. They have a new sales manager who is great and has a fantastic reputation, I hope he can make some changes.
Service is awful. Attitudes of the service people are arrogant, dismissive and not very accommodating. Other dealerships in the area are just the opposite! I even tried contacting corporate but they never followed up.
The pricing on service is horrendous. $ 500 to replace the batteries on my keys! The excuse I got from the service associate was: It takes a lot of time to reprogram and «besides, you bought an expensive car so you should expensive service.» Just had new batteries put in for under $ 40 from another source and was told there is no programming required!
Last week, I needed a quote on brake repairs that inched up above $ 1,400. The 55k mile service was quoted at over $ 2,200 including the keys. I also got a quote elsewhere for some minor body work for over $ 1,300. Looking at about $ 5k for some routine work I was about to walk away from Audi altogether. Fortunately, I was referred to an Audi service place that did all of the above for under $ 1,400.
So, Audi owners: you have options and my $.02 is to stay as far away from this crew as you can. Your car, your wallet and your peace of mind will thank you so you can enjoy the ride without the hassle.

Terrible care for the customer. Was charged $ 575 for a window regulator replacement! Was charged 3 hours of labor! Was told that the labor is charged by a flat rate determination from their book. When arguing with the service manager, he eventually hung up on me… unbelievable. Called back and was put through to Larry, the GM. Went through the same BS about the 3 hour labor charge… The car was dropped off at 10:15 and was ready at 12:15…on top of the 3 hour charge, we were charge .3 hours (20 minutes) for a license plate bulb change. They also replaced the ignition, due to a recall, so it was free. Therefore, the actual time to replace the window regulator was 1 hour and 15 minutes. If it was there for 2 hours, 30 minutes was spent on the ignition coil (i asked how long that would normally take), 15 minutes on the bulb, and an hour and 15 minutes on the window… it is absolutely insane that we are charged 3 hours for a 1 hour and 15 minute job… Don’t get me wrong, I understand the use of their flat rate system from their «book» but that is a horrible estimate of time from their book. He tried telling me that if I was having work done and the book said 3.5 hours, but it took 5, that we would only be charged 3.5. Hah, I find that hard to believe. I have never heard of a business that does that. They give you an estimate, and it could take more time… and if that happens, you pay for it. Even still, they would never go over the time the book says, because it is obviously created so they NEVER go over that time and «lose» money. I continuously argued the charge, and all he could say was that he stands behind the work and truly believes the price is fair. $ 360 for labor on that is nowhere near fair. He eventually told me that out of «goodwill» that he would credit my account for 1 hour of free labor for the next visit… which does nothing for me. In his eyes, he is giving me a «credit» on the account… but really in my eyes, he is keeping our money and applying it to the next visit… which will not happen again. I can’t believe for what we spend on these pricy vehicles, that they would continue to steal money out of our pockets by charging us a ridiculous amount in labor. I have had a timing belt replaced for less than that. I will never buy a vehicle or have a vehicle serviced from Audi of Nashua again… I suggest no one ever goes there unless you like to have money stolen from you. Most unjustified charge I have ever had to incur. Lack of care for future business. I cannot believe a customer could ever be treated so unfairly. There should be a law against car services that allow them to charge a price from a book. They should be charging actual time worked… thats why it’s called LABOR… Labor definition :(1): human activity that provides the goods or services in an economy (2): the services performed by workers for wages as distinguished from those rendered by entrepreneurs for profit… human activity… I’m sorry, but there was not human activity for 3 hours on that part of the job… Do not ever go to Audi of Nashua, ever.

NEVER EVER BUY A CAR FROM HERE. I would take the bus before shopping here.

The most dishonest, deceiptful, rude, obnoxious people i have ever dealt with.
They Sold my Fiancé an A4 and blatantly lied about the oil consumption problem to our faces.
Recent audi A4’s had an issue where the car would burn through an ENTIRE tank of oil in 500‑1000 MILES!!!
Well when we looked this up and realized this was why our car was having oil issues just 2 weeks after buying it, we stormed in there because it was a recall. THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE. how do you sell a car that has a recall???
They said they were gonna do Part 1, and then we were to bring the car back again a few weeks later for Part 2.
Well we happened to take it to a closer dealer to have the finishing services done, and the new dealership (burlington) had said the oil consumption was never done and that they must have lied. They said especially because the Part 1 takes all day. We were there for only 20 minutes…
The manager had to call over to nashua and chew them a new one. Burlington took care of all the costs for FREE and gave us a FREE rental. A brand new audi!!!
it was a 7K repair!!!
They even patched our tires.
Audi no longer has oil problems and Audi of Burlington was the best experience i ever had with a dealer.
DO NOT GO TO AUDI OF NASHUA. DRIVE TO BURLINGTON INSTEAD WHERE THEY ARE HONEST AND HAVE INTEGRITY.
