Established in 1999.

We are a family owned and operated independent auto/​Medium, Heavy truck repair and towing/​transportation company specializing in complete repairs and 24 hr automotive/​truck towing service. As of March 2013 We now provide complete Automotive and Truck Repairs in our new «start of the art facility» We operate a complete 24hr towing service with our own light, medium and heavy tow fleet. We also offer rental car rentals featuring Bargin/​Econo Rental cars. Used vehicle sales and service also available.

Today I was at pheasant lane mall. Blew a power steering hose. Called these guys and they came right over towed me to their garage and got me right in to fix it.
Now I have dealt with other places in the past and usually wouldn’t get me in for a few days.
Bob the owner is great to talk to you can tell he’s a family guy.
The tow truck driver Kevin was great he asked if I needed a ride most guys would say sorry find your own way. He’s a great guy to talk to very down to earth. Kevins son Chris is a mechanic and he’s very good at what he does and what struck me most when talking to him he said he loves his job.
Most mechanics I have dealt with hate their jobs.
Cudos to you chris.
I recommend these guys to anyone who wants prompt and caring service.

AVOID THIS BUSINESS!!! I called to ask a simple question and the person that answered was rude and didn’t answer any of my questions. He didn’t listen to me and told me that what I said was false before getting any information from me. This is the last place I’d want my car towed.

I rented a Penske truck from this location through the Londonderry office. They quoted me a certain price with mileage included. When I returned the truck they charged me for the mileage. When I called the location the Owner basically would not help and would not credit me for the measly mileage. Not very good to deal with these guys! Think twice before taking your car or truck here to be worked on or renting from them!
