I reserved this service and paid the deposit that they needed on 05÷20÷13, I am moving on 06÷29÷13, on 06÷27÷13, they email me at 6:30PM that the building I am moving to requires insurance coverage that they do not offer. I emailed them the building requirements and information at least a week or two before and they waited until the 27^th to let me know they don’t meet the requirements. If your time doesn’t matter, mine does, very disrespectful, I hope people see this review before they consider hiring your company.

I booked Lancpa Personal solutions to help me with my move because a friend had a very positive experience, so my hopes were high. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed.
The day before my move, I called and then emailed to confirm that I was booked and I received a timely response that I was. I was supposed to meet the crew at the UHaul pick-​up location at 11. At 11:20 I started to call the number on their website. No answer. I tried again. No answer. Of course, since I was moving, I had no email access, luckily the friend that I was with had a smart phone so I was able to see the message they sent me 1 hour before I was supposed to meet them that they crew had serious car trouble but they would try to send another crew after that one finished up their morning appointment. Okay, I understand that happens, however I replied for them to call me back as soon as possible and was never called. My friends and I did the move ourselves. After the move, I saw I had another email from them saying that the crew wasn’t going to be able to make it out at all and that they were sorry.
I was extremely disappointed that their customer service was so poor as to be unable to call me at the phone number I gave them to alert me ahead of our appointment, or even to keep me updated. Then I would have been able to rebook them for another day or use a different company. Many other people seem to have positive experiences, but book them at your own risk. At least I saved money on my move!
