Unbelievably rude. Check Denise’s reviews on other review services like Google and they corroborate this sentiment. I walked out of the store after the way she spoke to me. She changed the quote she provided on the phone and was very rough with my clothes. I would not trust her to do a good job given the way she treats customers face to face.

Denise is fabulous. I bring all of my winter formal/​prom dresses to her and she always does a beautiful job. Since I’m only 5’1, I always have to get my dresses shortened a lot. Last spring my prom dress was very complicated and had four layers and she was able to shorten almost a foot of it. Both of my brothers have rented tuxedos from her and she did a great job fitting both of them perfectly. She is very pleasant and easy to work with. I highly recommend you bring anything to her if you want it done right.

I read the description that this business described and decided that I would bring a dress here to get a few alterations before my friends wedding. I was very unpleasantly surprised when she told me that she was going to «pass» on it because it would too much work. I was shocked at her unprofessionalism but decided to give them another chance this past week when I had a dress that simply needed to be shortened a few inches. This time the owner told me that my dress was «untailorable» and she was going to «pass» yet again. I then went to RI stitch that was about a mile away and the owner immediately fitted me and said it was a simple job and would be happy to help me. For a business to advertise that no job is too big and then to refuse to alter not one but two of my dresses on separate occasions is unacceptable. I will never go back and I suggest going anywhere else.
