Established in 2008.

The Law Office of Christopher G. Walter began on January 1, 2008. The firm practices in the areas of Criminal Defense, Family Law, Bankruptcy and Personal Injury. The firm expanded with the addition of attorney Alexander Hoover in 2012 and again in 2015 when it opened a new office in Bremen and the addition of attorney David R. Holmes in an «of counsel» position. David R. Holmes was the previous Marshall County Prosecutor from 2008 thru 2014.

Managing Partner, Christopher G. Walter was admitted to practice law in Indiana and in the Northern and Southern District Courts of Indiana in October of 1993 after graduating from the Valparaiso University School of Law. Mr. Walter received his B.S. degree from the Kelly School of Business at Indiana University in Bloomington in 1990. Mr. Walter is a civil mediator and is also the Nappanee City Court Judge. The law firm concentrates in the areas of Criminal Defense, Family Law, Bankruptcy and Personal Injury.
