Whenever I need something, I stop by here. The staff is extremely helpful and they don’t talk down to you like many do if you’re a woman and you walk into a car parts store.
They’re great at ordering the parts you need, too. I’ve had a few times where they had to order a part in for me and I had it in my hands in just a few days.

Normally when I go into an auto parts store it’s instantly «Oh look at the girl! She doesn’t know what she’s doing!» That isn’t the case when I go in here. I’m always helped but NEVER condescended to. TJ especially is extremely helpful and gave me several tips to help with my recent brake pad and rotor change.
I am also always impressed by the fact that they have most parts that I may need (and I have two somewhat rare cars for Plymouth) or can get them for me by 8am the next day. There are a lot of great people working there and they are all ready to help you with whatever car problem you may have.
It’s also nice that they loan you tools if you need ‘em.

Prices are decent for car battery, plus they install for free ($ 117 for 2004 F-​150, 3 year free replacement) needed to wait about 5 to 10 minutes for the tech to come out after the purchase to replace battery.
