Established in 1988.

Wm. Phelps Custom Jeweler was one of the original tenants at the Venetian Village upon it’s opening in 1988. It was started by William and his wife, Lois. They then added their son, John, as their goldsmith in 1992. In 1998, William and Lois retired and John and his wife bought the business from William and Lois. So it has been the same family, in the same location for 23 years now.
