I’m giving them five stars because of the hours– always the latest-​opened liquor store open in town hands down. The service is ok-​kind of hit and miss. An awe-​inspiring selection of craft beers and spirits. Look them up– if they’re not open, trust me, not other liquor store in Naples is.

What a wonderful store! We wanted to purchase an awesome red wine, and we didn’t want to pay more than $ 30.
We walked in and notice right away how much bigger it is on the inside. It was clean and organized to the T!
Any type of wine, any region– any price– you will find it here– and the employees are very knowledgable and eager to help you find just the wine you are looking for.
We were directed to a beautiful bottle of Malbec from Argentina. 2011. $ 26, what a deal! This wine would make a great gift! The lady who helped us, gave us so much information about this bottle– so impressive. The overall experience of being in here was fun. If you know your wines– or if you know nothing– try this store out. You will be happy you did! :)

Their staff is so knowledgeable! They truly know their wines, beers, and liquors! You can never go wrong with a recommendation.

One of the best selections for a roll-​your-​own-​12-​pack of craft beer I’ve ever seen; basically both sides of a supermarket aisle lined with 12oz beer options. Wine and liquor options seemed good, but the real treasure was the craft beer selection. Coming from Colorado as a craft beer fan, it was great to be able to pick and choose from a host of options that are not distributed in the Mountain West.

It is a great place to shop for wine and alcohol but the service is really poor. They have a attitude as you walk in and as you check out. It is not a fun place to shop but it is very convenient and good prices.

Beautiful store, mind boggling variety and polite staff. Beware as the aisles get very crowded with vacationing snowbirds every season.
However the fact that this amazing store is consistently OUT OF STOCK of what I come for makes me scratch my head. More often than not, this store is out of Buffalo Trace, Blanton’s, W.L. Weller, Stagg… I have been told by staff «It won’t be available for months!» Only to go down the street and find it elsewhere. I understand the volume of sales this store must make but the fact that the whole section of every bourbon I’d like to buy is always unavailable keeps me from visiting more often.

We arrived with an uncommitted attitude, and intent to buy Malbec from Argentina. Although Italy and France command their own sections, Malbec is relegated to its own centrally located aisle, irrespective of the yummy red wines’ national origins. What a rock star that grape and its complementary buddies are.
We quickly located an attractive bottle. No sooner did it hit the wire sides of our shopping basket than a personable, humorous staffer pointed us to still another choice. Ka-​chink. Into the basket it went, too,
Our conversation with the employee was interrupted by a distinguished shopper dressed in silk tie, and sporting suspenders over an impeccably starched shirt. He asked for the Malbec, «Prisoner,» but was redirected from the Malbecs to the Zinfandel collection by a charming and fully informed clerk.
Now I’ve never trusted anyone who can’t trust his own pants to stay up without help, but I urged my friend with me to give the interloper a moment to shop before we would follow him to the mysterious Prisoners.
Once alone at the Zinfandel bins, we scoured the labels for the Prisoners. That’s when I decided there is a creepy, shadowy Zin cult, evidenced by the creepy, shadowy names on Zin bottles: Prisoner. Time Out. Fugitive. Seven (deadly) Zins. Label artwork similarly intimidated with dark imagery:. Skull & crossbones. An animal carcass with crosses for dead eyes. A DeChirico rip off of a headless man in a topcoat, his hat floating above the air where the man’s head should be.
We rushed for the cash register, stopping just long enough to cull the single bottles of craft beer. A Chinese beer, and a Stella of storied tradition accompanied us to check out.
We didn’t look back. But fair warning. Watch out for those Zins. And for Zin lovers. They are the Shades of Gray people who walk among us.

When I compare these stores to the experience I get back in Oklahoma, where there are strict laws banning the menacing danger of chain liquor stores, I have no choice but to conclude that my state is intent on protecting incumbent businesses at the expense of citizens who would otherwise voluntarily choose to spend their hard-​inherited dollars at places that have lower prices and better service. Kind of ironic considering the inclinations of our politicians back home and their pro-​liberty rhetoric. In any case, it was pretty darn nice to pop into Total Wine in Naples and have the same fantastic experience I had in Maryland: Exceptional service from staff who could take my semi-​coherent mumblings and translate them into great tasting and economical wine choices for our travels. If these guys ever go public, I know where I’m investing.
Bonus points for steering me toward moderate to lower priced options, too; it’s refreshing to not have someone take me straight to the triple digit labels! Couldn’t have had a better experience.

Wanted some craft beers in Naples, because they are so hard to find here, and this place was recommended. Unfortunately when I got home I realized some of my beers had a best by date that was over a year old.

Never a line to check out. If there is, it’s totally a reasonable line of two or three people.
Lots of variety. Clean. Helpful staff but not trying to upsell you or anything. Just ask and they will say, «here it is».
No complaints. All good things.

The prices are excellent. I like the place mainly for it’s huge selection of craft beer. Everything from seasonal selections to local micro-​brews to imports. You can mix and match to your hearts content.

Beer, wine, and spirits. Really, what else is there to write? Oh, I won’t forget the very helpful and friendly staff, the wine tasting, and the slammin’ deals on microbrews in the front of the store.
I’ve been around the world there with the wine and beer… and with some staff recommendations, I have never had an experience that didn’t leave me smiling.

Stop here. Ask for help from the staff! Did I mention they have Carib?!

You can seriously find anything and everything here! It’s fun to just wander around and pick out wines or beers at random, but if you are looking for something in particular, it’s usually pretty easy to find. They also have samples often and even offer classes and special tastings at certain times. Prices are pretty good as well!

I was there for beer. They have a great selection of micro brews. They went out of their way to look for the Oberon that I was craving. Great prices and great selection, friendly staff.

This store is one of the most welcoming places in the area the staff there are friendly and happy to help, they did a delivery for a wedding and took time to review the inventory and was most helpful with returns of rentals deposit and extra wine champagne that was un opened.
The wine selection is Huuuuuge! (Caroline)! Every country, and one of the largest beer selections for the area. Isle 6.-7
They have classes and tastings and specials if you give them an email.
They have a small walk in humidor with cigars priced in all ranges. A few cutters but no lighters in stock? Maybe next time.

Since my Total Wine in Charlotte only covers beer & wine, it’s nice to stop into my olde favourite and browse the aisles of everything.
The employees here are just as nice, the prices are even lower on a lot of bottles of wine/​beer I buy in Charlotte (and they have a few that I can’t get in NC so I stock up) and the aisles and aisles have what you’re looking for somewhere in them. They offer almost every size imaginable for bottles of liquor, and mixers and snacks to accompany all. The first trip or two can be daunting, but once you figure out where certain items are (and luckily over the years they haven’t seemed to move much around) you’re good to go.
Some days I go in and already know exactly what I need, some days I need to find a wine that will fit a certain occasion and need some serious guidance — either way the staff at TW has me covered (and yes, sometimes they want to help you a little too much). And although the ABCs in the area have increased their craft brew selections over the years, this place is still your best option — and they special order!

Great selection of beer, wine and liquor. A wine lover could spend the day browsing but therein lies the problem — the wine consultants won’t leave you alone. Just telling them you’re browsing isn’t enough… they’ll still hover and weigh in with their recommendations. Maybe it’s a fine line between being helpful and being pushy but I think they’re a good two steps over that line. Prices are high compared to my local store (Rapid in Stoneham MA) but seem to be in line with the main comp in Naples, ABC.

Wow; what a store. So many wines to choose from and at great prices. They also have spirits and beer (Oomegang from Cooperstown, NY!!) and glasses, etc. I bought 7 bottles of red to accompany me on my trip home to OH. Total Wine is a fond memory of my time spent in Naples.
