Poor customer service, yesterday afternoon I need to make a copy of a key, I was waiting for more than 20 minutes and nobody could help me, I ask 3 employees but I have to leave the store, today I coming back again and same history… And leave the store and went to Lowes… It took less than 5 minutes and I had my copies… It is not about what are you buying it is about service y The Home Depot is falling day by day…

Nice store. Only problem I had was trying to find someone to help me in the garden section with some sort of knowledge. Ended up getting the phone number from them of where they get their plants and called them from my cell phone at the store to get my question answered.

I placed an order for delivery from Home Depot and was never delivered for that date because someone at service desk (Andy) never gave that order to the delivery dept. Then I had the order for delivery today after 3:30 and I get the delivery guy calling me at 11insh in the morning to deliver it, he was not informed by Home Depot that the delivery had to be done after 3 – 3:30 pm. I have missed yesterday from work already and cant miss again because of there negligence. It is a rainy day here and the order is for tile and thin-​set which cant be left outside in the rain. The Home Depot is located in Naples, Florida on Pine Ridge Rd. Worst customer service that I have received. Playing with customers time.

Home Depot is a good place to get the tools and supplies for projects in and around the house. I got wood and corrugated plastic for a carport. And a few tools. The paint desk people are pretty knowledgeable since they have special training in their department.
I got a set if shelves here a while ago it was inexpensive and still in good shape. I may have to get more totes and bins but they seemed pricey so I’m going to wait for them to have a sale. I’m in here about 2−3x a month when I did home remodeling I was here 3−5x a week. This parking lot is easier than Loews even though traffic on Pine Ridge road can be a little hectic. but it seems safer than driving on Naples blvd with all of the other snowbirds.
They make keys here but the last few keys I got needed return visits since the keys didn’t work.

Always busy, so I try to avoid it but it is almost impossible if you own a house.
Lots of goodies here from candy, books, to appliances, wood, anything you can think of for a house and more.
Returns are pretty easy, there is a self check out. Know your prices and compare elsewhere, also, sometimes you can buy the same items at their website and save $.
Staff, (if you can find them), are okay, not downright mean but also not so friendly.

Stop right there in the parking lot and grab one of those flat bed carts ’cause it’s Spring and Im going in to the garden dept. This is mainstream shopping for landscape color. Really primary colors in rows of flowers jump at you from knee high tables, ergonomically built so you can wrestle flats of moist new annuals and a few perrenials onto the cart without detouring to a chiropractor. Under the shade there is an obscenely dense collection of orchidae. This place is best for its choices of annuals and ground cover. There are a few sections of limited varieties of trees, so go elsewhere if you need a plant that’s bigger than what you can put in your car.
