History
Established in 2014.
The Cider Press Café offers gourmet raw plant-based cuisine in a relaxed, fine dining setting. Our dishes find appeal with all diners as our reviews attest, not just vegetarians and vegans.
We are 100% gluten free, use local and organic produce, and make all items in house. We don’t even have a can opener in our kitchen. Our ingredients are fresh, straight off the farm.
We use special techniques such as dehydration, vacuum infusion, and smoking to shield the ingredients heat (cooking), so that we maintain the vitamins, digestive enzymes, and nutrition that is in the food naturally.
We use only the finest ingredients because we care about our food. Our quality is evident in every bite.
