Stock did not develop the land correctly in our community which caused drainage and flooding issues. To correct this they cut a ditch through several yards over a year after the community was complete. Some of these yards were «premium» lots who’s owners had paid $ 25 – 50,000 extra for a bigger yard which is now ruined. They offered no reimbursement or reparations in return. I had been pretty happy with the home but I am disappointed with the way they’ve treated residents since closing. They do not come off as being very honest or customer focused.
