These guys are fantastic.. I am very pleased.. Had Verizon for 15 plus year.. Had good phones and no contract.. But with the sales on hit Verizon, T-mobile, sprint, att, others.. By far best service here.. As stated store manager Rob,. Store manager Jonathan and salesman Patrick easily talked me through all choices nd a bevy of data plans.. Left with 2 new phones and a bill much less than before.. Attention to detail fantastic as was knowledge of services.. I strongly recommend.. Also note I get better service in my neighborhood than I had before

This is not a corporate store selection is smaller and staffing ugh. This is my fourth visit to this franchise location. I think that they are in a position to sit back and let the customers come crawling and WAIT usually each customer is given 1:1 service it just such a long wait. They have only a small handful of locations similar to AT&T and Verizon. For everyone, please be aware you will spend minimally 30 – 45 minutes for customer service. They don’t ignore you but they can only help one at a time or two if they pick up a phone. My friend was in urgent need of a replacement phone they helped to activate his temporary spare phone. According to the employee it would take 3 – 5 hours to get approval for his upgrade after paying 50 to be released from his contract 6 weeks early. And get a Galaxy S3 upgrade. He was assuring us a day later that he would continue to follow up and call when they get approval to start a new contract 2 weeks later no call. Sorry I’m suggesting that this is starting off bad and he is better off starting a new contract with anyone else. #WTMRT= Way too much red tape. If you don’t value your time don’t expect this place to either.

I called the following store about the iphone 5 on Wednesday 9÷18÷12.. Sprint Store By Pcs Mobile Solution 4338 Thomasson Dr Us41& Rattlesnake Hammock Rd Naples, FL34112 —(239) 774‑7774. They told me to come in the next day and put a $ 50 deposit down to get the iphone 5 reserved for the launch date. When I arrived, they then said it was only for new lines, not existing customers! and they had taken too many deposits so no point in coming in the next day. Huge scam going on. I just decided to wait on the phone upgrade. I am in Naples now and niether my mom or I can get more than one bar in her house from Sprint, and it’s been this way for months. I reported it a while ago and it’s not gotten better. I am checkng out Verizon that I have my ipad through to see about 2 phones from them. I can’t belive you let a sprint store turn away an iphone customer and take deposits! The guy’s name was Cisco who told me on the phone about the deposits. The girl working on Thursday told me not to bother coming in that they were getting«shit» for quantities; and this as while she was texting on her own phone and trying to wait on me. Like she can’t wait to text her friends while she speaks to me? I called another sprint store and they are not allowed to take deposits. As I left he told me to come back in a few weeks and get one… by then they could sell exisiting customers. I have been a Sprint customer for over 10 years; I think I should be able to get an iphone first, not last!!!
