Martial Arts Instruction for Children and Adults of all ages and abilities. Rupert’s Karate Academy is the only certified school offering Tang Soo Do (Soo Bahk Do) Moo Duk Kwan in Southwest Florida. Separate classes are offered for Children and Teens and Adults, as well as beginners and more advanced students.

History

Established in 2013.

Tim Rupert is the owner and head instructor of Rupert’s Karate Academy. The Naples branch of the Moo Duk Kwan was established in November of 2013. Mr. Rupert has trained in Moo Duk Kwan Korean Karate since 2001 and is an internationally certified instructor, currently holding the rank of Third Degree Black Belt. Mr. Rupert has a detailed yet dynamic approach to instruction and has experience teaching all ages and abilites.

Tim Rupert began training in the Moo Duk Kwan style of Korean Karate on January 29, 2001. He holds internationally certified instructor credentials (Kyo Sa) and the rank of Third Degree Black Belt with the Korean Soo Bahk Do Association, World Moo Duk Kwan. Mr. Rupert has made it his personal goal to impart to his students the same excitement and fulfillment that training has given him since his first class.

Mr. Rupert has a dynamic and passionate approach to instruction. Having experienced all that training has to offer as a child and as an adult, he can accurately pinpoint the need for Soo Bahk Do in the lives of many different students, regardless of age
