History
Established in 1971.
Tony Ridgway and Sukie Honeycutt are venerable names among locals and visitors to Naples who care passionately about great food and gracious service. They are leaders who loan their expertise to numerous community causes.
As professional partners, they own and operate Ridgway Bar & Grill, Tony’s Off Third, a bakery, fine wine shop and catering facility in Old Naples, and Bayside Seafood Grill & Bar, offering waterside dining at the Village on Venetian Bay. Together the partners have many decades of restaurant experience based in Naples, beginning with the 1972 opening of The Chef’s Garden and Truffles restaurants. Sukie joined the staff in 1979 and became Tony’s partner in 1981.
Tony Ridgway’s menu reflects his classic French training, love for great American traditions and passion for the freshest and the best ingredients, from seasonal fruits to a wide selection of garden greens, fresh-caught grouper to prime beef, and always bread and pastries freshly-baked every day on premises.

As the «Godfather of Naples Cuisine,» Tony Ridgway has been spoiling dinner guests for over 40 years by crafting and delivering consistently delicious and impressive dishes. He is best known for his continued innovation in the kitchen blending fresh local ingredients with seasonal fruits, a wide selection of garden greens, fresh-caught fish and prime beef. Tony’s menus also reflect his classic French training, love for great American traditions and lifelong passion for baking. He has trained and instilled this passion into dozens of local chefs as the owner and operator of over 13 local restaurants including the Chef’s Garden. Beyond cuisine, Tony has made certain his current trio of restaurants — Ridgway Bar & Grill, Bayside Seafood Grill & Bar, and Tony’s Off Third Wine and Pastry Shop — are infused with equal talent and ambience to provide a joyful experience for each guest.
