I started the boot camp at the end of August 2010. I was very out of shape and overweight. I needed a boost and this program has been very beneficial for my health. The short workout gives me the energy I need to effectively map my day. I have fibromyalgia and fatigue has been an issue. The trainer is sensitive to this and offers modifications to any excercise so that you can participate at your level. Although it is nothing like yoga, this part does remind me of it-that you work at your pace and you are in competition with yourself, not an arbitrary standard. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to boost their muscle mass, energy and overall fitness. She also offers a nutritional component for those who need it. An excellent comprehensive program that can benefit all people.
