Description Of Work:
Add in ceiling lights around the house, install ceiling speakers, add outside lights, remove pole lights at the end of driveway and relocate and add various electrical items.
Member Comments:
Staff was friendly and professional with their interactions and very helpful in locating fixtures etc.
Problems:
1. After they completed the work I went into the attic and found the ceiling insulation pulled up and not replaced around the areas where many of the in ceiling fixtures were installed or wires pulled. Many areas were bare drywall with the insulation just left a rafter or two over.
I asked them many times during the job if they were putting back the insulation and they assured me they were.
It took me 4 or 5 hours in the attic to crawl into very space and replace the insulation. This is unacceptable!
2. The individual reading lights they installed over the bed needed a special lower angle light which had to be ordered. They never came back to install them and when I talked to owner of the company several weeks ago he said he would get by to install them. No response again.
3. The pole lights that were removed from the end of the driveway now short out and blow the breaker whenever it rains.
The company is eager for new work but hasn’t followed up on the old responsibilities and the fact that they left the inflation where ever they moved it to is completely unacceptable and I cannot recommend them.
