Bellasera Hotel

Quite ok experience several years ago.
The only weak point was their restaurant.
Apart from that detail, this is a reliable locale.

Absolutely wonderful. Any complaints about this property seem to be contrived to me. All of the staff was pleasant and accommodating, the room was spacious and clean, everything we needed was there.
The one bedroom suite was so convenient for our 6 night stay. Separate sink from the toilet/​shower with lots of counter space and drawers and storage. Great kitchen with full sized everything and even the dish detergent for the dishwasher. Fridge with automatic ice and water, oven, stovetop, high end microwave. All the dishes and linens and the maid service came daily. Everything was just as needed for a relaxing and simple trip.
The pool area is somewhat small but was never crowded for us and the atmosphere was super relaxing. The fountain is so calming and the cabanas are a plus! Very calming atmosphere. I visited the spa twice as well. It’s small but pleasant with a very welcoming staff that provide high end services in a very professional manner. I’d definitely go again.
For us the bed was a little too hard and the lighting was somewhat poor throughout, but those are just personal preferences. Highly Recommend staying here!

After an absolutely awful experience with Expedia, where our previous hotel was overbooked and they canceled our reservation, we were rebooked to stay at Bellasera. The location turned out to be incredibly convenient and around the corner from 5^th Avenue. This boutique hotel has more to offer than what meets the eye. Most of the rooms contain a kitchen and multiple bedrooms (perfect for groups or families). My fiancé and I ended up staying in a studio suite overlooking their nice pool. The room had a very large bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. The architecture of the room was convenient and very comfortable.
A delicious breakfast was served and cooked to order in Zizi restaurant located in the lobby. Which also had amazing happy hour specials and food menu. (The bartender, named Hagen, was exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly as well) Overall our weekend was very pleasant and we will certainly be returning whenever we visit the area.

This place is awesome. Great rooms that almost feel like home. Located within walking distance to the downtown shops and restaurants. Can’t review the restaurant inside the property but it looks to have decent food but at a above average price. The exercise room and pool/​hot tub area are decent to spend a few hours of your day just hanging around.

This is our 2^nd consecutive year staying at the Bellasera during Spring Break and highly recommend it. The location is perfect for walking to the high end shops and restaurants in the center of downtown. The hotel provides a shuttle to the beach but we’ve walked it in little more than 10 minutes or used the free hotel bikes to get there. The pool and hot tub are very nice as well. We love the condos particularly the screened in porch overlooking the courtyard where we take all of our meals and morning coffee. Rooms are nice and very clean.

Great place. Mysar is a good bartender. Good chocolate cake and bruschetta (not together of course; unless you’re into that kinda thing). Shuttle driver was amazing!!! Thanks for a great stay! FFS’s!!!

The one time that I was given permission to not stay at a Marriott for a work related trip, I had the honor of staying here.
HOLY COW. Little me had a whole suite to myself: a full kitchen, dining area, large bathroom, living room, and a washer/​dryer. I felt like it was a waste for my 1.5 day trip but I reveled in it. I sprawled out my stuff, used the free wifi, kicked my feet up and relaxed for the evening until it was time too crawl into the big bed with lots of pillows.
My suite did come in handy, though. The local Starbucks was packed the next morning and my team needed to review/​rehearse our presentation for our client. We grabbed our coffee and breakfast and headed back to my room where we gathered ’round «my» dining room table. It worked out so well.
The location was close to a lot of delicious restaurants. The service desk was very helpful with all our questions.
Not really important, but my favorite part was the little lizards skittering around outside. It was my first trip to Florida, so it was a new experience for me.

Wir sind schon das zweite mal hier und es ist wieder Top. Die Zimmer sind hier so gross wie manche Wohnung bei uns zu Hause. Es gibt alles was das Herz begehrt; voll eigerichtete Küche, eine Waschmaschine mit Trockner, einen Balkon, ein Wohnzimmer und zwei Schlafzimmer. Abends kann man in zwei Minuten zur Downtown in die Fifth Avenue laufen und sich amüsieren. Der Strand ist mit dem Auto 3 Minuten entfernt, der Hotelservice bringt einen kostenlos dorthin. Das nächste grössere Einkaufszentrum ist in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Also alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert!

Our go-​to spot when visiting my grandmother in Naples. For the price it can’t be beat. Nicely appointed rooms, decent food and fantastic pool and hot tub.
All rooms contain a full kitchen with full size fridge and coffee maker.
On the downside, the hotel needs to figure out a better system for the maid /​cleaning service. This year (and in years past, although I didn’t remember unil it happened again) the maids didn’t show up until 3 or 4 in the afternoon. My entire family was showering, getting dressed, etc. every day (for three days in a row) getting ready for dinner and decompressing after the day’s activities and we turned them away because we didn’t want to have them in the room while we were there. I’m sure it’s my own problem for turning them away but, that said, we went without fresh towels and a made bed for three days.

This is a pretty solid hotel in Naples. We stayed two nights in February and were satisfied. It’s close to downtown, has a number of amenities. It was cold, so the fact that the pool looked small didn’t have much impact. They do offer free bicycle rental, which we used both days to tool about. The staff was friendly, and seemed to take care of our needs.
It is apartment style, as others have noted and may be suitable for large parties or families.
All in all, a positive experience and we’d stay here again.

Very nice rooms at a lower end price. Great location within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Some of the staff (particularly front desk) could have been friendlier but overall not bad and we will be back.

We have stayed in many hotels in Naples and I can say he Bellasera is one I probably will not return to. Our suite was great and the kitchen was complete and wonderful to use. However, we had a few complaints – the staff seemed somewhat rude to us whenever we requested something from our phone in our room. We had reserved a crib and when we arrived there was not one waiting. They then delivered a crib to us, but it was rather dirty and had to be cleaned. We requested housekeeping one day when we went out, but asked them not to clean one of our two bedrooms because we had a guest sleeping. The housekeeping people opened the door and woke our guest up. Another day we left for 6 hours and housekeeping did not come. Yet another day, we asked housekeeping at 9:30 a.m. to come between 9:30 a.m. and noon and they never came, making the excuse that we had left the «do not disturb sign» attached to our door. The «Do not disturb» sign is a magnet that stays attached to the door unless you physically move it to the inside of the door and affix it there. I couldn’t believe despite the fact that we called and specifically asked them to clean the room during that time period that they did not. They said it was policy never to come in when the sign is up, even if they knocked and no one answered. The internet connection was also VERY poor. We barely had 1 bar and continually were kicked off the internet. We asked them to do something about it 3 times and all that was really done despite 2 visits to our room is that we were given a single ethernet cable to connect to the wall (we had 5 devices). It would be impossible to use their wireless if you had to get anything done quickly on the internet. The hotel is well located to downtown because you can walk to 5^th avenue and all the restaurants and shops. Other than spending time in the room, though, I wouldn’t want to spend much time in the hotel. We got an internet deal to stay here, but we will likely stay at the Ritz, Hilton, or one of the Waldorffs next time because this hotel really doesn’t hold a candle to them in terms of service, internet, or amenities.

Just got back from Naples. Stayed two nights at the Bellasera Hotel. I’m extremely picky when it comes to hotels and usually will find any reason to bail and find somewhere else. But…
This hotel was great. I didn’t know that they were apartment-​style so I was a little taken aback at first but it worked. I probably wouldn’t need all that but it was very nice. Immediately when you walk in there’s a kitchen with all the amenities. You have silverware, sink, fridge, freezer, huge kitchen tables, salt and pepper, coffee pot, coffee, paper towels, real towels, etc. The living room has a couch, two chairs, two end tables, a coffee table, and a closet with a stackable washer and dryer and also comes with laundry soap. Bathroom was accessible from the living room and the bedroom. There was also a screened in porch (lanai) that also had a door that you could take to the sidewalk to the pool.
The one drawback of the hotel was the size of the pool and the fitness center. To be honest, I don’t like the idea of working out on vacation (lame!) so I didn’t really care about the fitness center but if you are one that is motivated, you probably won’t like the gym. It has a few treadmills and two ellipticals and a bike. It also has one of those stationary weight contraptions that you can do a million things on. Anyways, it works for a quickie workout.
The pool is very small and gets crowded.
The restaurant, ZiZi’s was good. The bartenders were great and the Chicken Caesar Salad was probably the best salad that I’ve ever had in my life.
There is also 24-​hour room service and I ordered breakfast both days and it was to die for. There’s a big breakfast menu and it’s cooked fresh and was in the room within 20 minutes at the longest. The service was also great with room service.
I think the best part of this hotel was the customer service. I live in So Florida so I know customer service can be hit or miss but the Bellasera was great to work with from the minute we checked in until checking out. Everyone always held doors, smiled, and greeted me.

We had a beautiful room with with a jacuzzi overlooking the pool. We went in November and the pool was heated like bath water, loved it! Very close to 5^th avenue dining and shopping. Loved riding bikes around and exploring. Overall, the hotel was beautiful, relaxing, and very quite. Great Babymoon getaway!

My fiancé and I spent 3 days and two nights here on a weekend getaway. We booked the hotel a few days before our travel dates so there were no one bedroom suites available, and we stayed in the studio suite. It was spacious with a large bathroom, very large garden tub, and a good size shower. We had a small private balcony with table and chairs overlooking the courtyard/​pool area. The room itself was beautiful, VERY comfortable king size bed, and flat screen tv.
We are very late sleepers and had no problem with housekeeping waking us early in the morning as per the other review. There is a magnetic do not disturb sign that sticks to the back of the door and I can imagine some people might miss it if looking for one that hangs from the door knob. However, we put the sign on our door and we were not woken up early at all.
The hotel pool is a little on the small side, however there is a fairly large covered jacuzzi that was absolutely perfect! You are also very close to the beach and the resort did provide shuttle service as well as bicycles.
We did not really use any of the amenities at the hotel as we preferred to eat at some of the local restaurants and we didn’t have time in our short stay to check out the spa there.
The hotel is very close to 5^th Ave, we walked there in about five minutes, and there are A TON of delicious restaurants there and plenty of shopping. It is also very close to 3^rd St South, which is similar to 5^th street with more restaurants and shopping.

We spent three nights at the Bellaera and were pleased with our stay. The hotel is walking distance to 5^th Avenue, home to many shops and restaurants. The beach is close but nearly every street has metered parking for $ 1.50 per hour, so have plenty of quarters. We had no difficulty finding beachfront parking. The hotel provides free beach chairs, umbrellas and towels. I believe the hotel provides free shuttle service as well. The hotel pool area is very nice as well. The bell captain, Larry, became our best friend and gave us excellent advice on recreation, dining and anything else we needed. The hotel provides free bicycles and there are numerous bike lanes in Naples and touring the town by bike was very fun. Although we were two, we were given a very large two bedroom, two bath suite with a large lanai and it was very nice. We plan to return to Naples and stay at the Bellasera. We have stayed at Sanibel and Captiva, but Naples was so nice I may put it in our vacation rotation every year.

Our suite was gorgeous, and we got a fantastic deal on it through their website. The kitchen is complete with granite countertops and any kind of appliance you can possibly imagine. Very swanky. :)
A few complaints though– the pool here is suuuper tiny. We never even got in it, it was so small. The food at the restaurant wasn’t great, and was overpriced (as I would expect from a hotel restaurant anyway). And every single morning we were there, the maid service woke us up by ringing the doorbell at 8am. And every morning, I would stumble to the door to tell them we were still in the room and to come back later. Well, I would *try* to tell them– none of them spoke a word of English! One time they just came back an hour later. We couldn’t find a ‘do not disturb’ tag anywhere, so we just put up with it every day. Come on, I’m on vacation! I don’t want to get up at 8am…
For less money, we had a better experience with the Hilton right down the road.
