History
Established in 1990.
Bayside’s history began in 1989, when owners Tony Ridgway and Sukie Honeycutt were approached by the Lutgert Companies, developers of The Village on Venetian Bay, to open a waterfront restaurant on the Village’s south side. Bayside Seafood Grill & Bar opened in October of 1990, and quickly became one of Naples’ premier restaurants.

Bayside has been managed by John Everding for the past 13 years. As Bayside’s managing partner, John is «the face» of the restaurant in the Naples community, well-regarded for anticipating customers wishes, and ensuring an unforgettable dining experience.
