History

Established in 1987.

Originally established in Kentucky and operated as a sole proprietor on a part time basis. Relocated to Florida in 1989. Authorized IRS e-​File provider service established in 2000. IRS online e-​Services for client account resolution and transcripts and Social Security Administration online electronic business services established in 2006. Starting in 2008, Batch began to operate full time as a year round accounting and tax practice. IRS electronic filing of information returns, including all 1099’s established in 2008. Enrolled Agent status allowing Batch to represent clients before IRS also establish in 2008. Recently, Batch approved as IRS Certifying Acceptance Agent for the preparation and filing of W-​7 applications for Tax ID Numbers for foreign persons.
