Emilio acts like a tough guy to female customers. And the manager Lisa has poor customer service and proceeds to get angry and confrontational when notified. Acting like a tough guy to women is unacceptable and I will not allow it. Fire both Lisa and Emilio ASAP.

I dropped my phone while on a business trip and wanted to see what my options were between insurance and upgrading. I spoke with Michael, who I would fire if he was my employee. Of course before going over my insurance options even though I told him I had insurance he was right now up selling me to the iPhone 6. I asked what the differences were between the five and the six and he said a better camera and everything else that they usually do an upgrade.(no mention about the past their processing speed or better battery quality or anything else) Me: How much will it cost me to upgrade to a six? Michael: Very little out-of-pocket he says. $ 45 today plus $ 31 a month.(this is like a plain chicken’s teeth). Me: forever? Three months, six months, a year? Michael: 24 months Me: that is a very deceptive sales practice Michael. When I ask you how much it will cost me, very little out-of-pocket does not equal $ 750 in my book. Can I buy it out right? Michael: No, we don’t subsidizes phones anymore Me: I will go to a different AT&T store because I do not like the deception The only reason I gave two stars and not a half star is because the coworker then walked me through the process of insurance and the different options in my upgrading. I did have to ask many questions to get the correct options in my upgrading phones because they automatically wanted me to go to a 64 gig phone and no one ever offered me the price of the 16 gig

Manager and employees are very nice and helpful. Always greeting with a smile and making sure they helped in everything possible. To store is located in a very busy corner and for them to receive so many customers a day with different problems there are always on point with there kindness and enthusiasm to help.

The following reviews from people are a waste of time. They are completely angry because of their incompetence to understand policy and procedures. My experience with this AT&T over the last year has been wonderful. The manager and the team has always gone above and beyond for me. They greet me with a smile, help where it’s needed, and provide exceptional advice for SAVINGMEMONEY!!! Hellooooo, yes, I said it… Saved me money, time, and hassle.
