Excessive fees and arrogant staff at this branch at White Eagle.
This branch will not work with you on fees. Would never waive any fees on either business accounts or personal accounts. No reasoning; just simply no, they won’t waive them.
In addition, Personal Banker saw me sitting in the waiting area and gave no acknowledgement of my presence so I had to sit and wait while she shuffled papers on her desk-​we were the only two in the room. Common courtesy seems to be lacking at this branch.
