I visit here maybe once a week or every other week. Enough to notice that some of the staff are not friendly. I’m not looking for a song and dance but anything would do; a smile, a thank you, a have a nice day??? Anything. I work in the service industry so I’m familiar with having to fake it sometimes. Hoping that I’m just catching Kathy at the drive thru window on her«bad» days… otherwise cheer up, you just caffeinated your loyal customer!

Woa, there were 9 cars in front of me in line at the drive thru on a Tuesday afternoon. I was about to ditch my caffeine fix… buuuuut I really wanted my coffee! I think they did a fantastic job getting everyone’s orders quickly as I was in and out of line, coffee in hand, in 13 minutes. Not bad.

Starbucks visits go this one was not epic. The drive-through girl seemed a little annoyed that I wanted to order into pieces, I want the points what can I say. They waited until I got up to the window and had already received my breakfast much to tell me that they were out of the kind of tea that I had ordered. Seems little weird that they ran out of English breakfast tea. They only carry 10 different kinds of tea so you would think they would have a good stock on hand The Starbucks is always a little snooty. I only stop by because I’m driving by.

This location always makes great coffees! I stop here frequently after church on Sundays. The only problem I have with this location is the drive-thru. It’s not the people working the drive-thru, but it’s how awkward it’s set up. It’s always difficult to maneuver getting to and into line at this location.

This starbucks is hit or miss… Although I’m used to them not having my sandwich(about 50% of the time), on several occasions they were out of ALL food. I do feel bad about writing this review, but on this particular day, the barista must have had a particularly bad morning(or too much caffeine!); she was complaining about the restaurant loud enough for patrons to hear her and after continually banging things on the counter and slamming the ice well cover so loud it caused us to jump, several of us chose to leave. It was a very quiet morning too as far as customers. I’m in the food and bar service industry and I hate leaving a bad review because I get it, but when I go out to relax or study I don’t like to be reminded of how stressful industry can be.

Morning rush hour with 4 people sitting waiting and the barista has 0 sense of urgency. I’m sorry I didn’t see the 4 people sitting down. Maybe she needs to have some coffee and wake up.

This is the Starbucks to go to in the area. The baristas here are just better.

This is BYFAR the best Starbucks I have ever been to. The baristas have the most incredible attitudes and are always sure to make your drink exactly to your liking. I’ve never seen such amazing customer service in my life. The store itself is spacious and always incredibly clean. There are multiple seating areas including the bar, some high tables, regular tables, community table and a couch. I will actually go out of my way to come here because the service and atmosphere is THAT great!

The drive thru is very convenient, you can easily get in and out from either direction on Naper and the service is quick. Coming inside for your drink is a different story. A white mocha(possibly the most popular drink on the menu) took almost 10 minutes at 11:00 am, well after the morning rush. I didn’t mind too much because there were plenty of open tables to work at and no unattended teenagers as someone else mentioned.

It’s Starbucks. The coffee has been consistently good with only a couple minor mishaps. Parking can be a little tricky but you can always use the house of emperor lot too. The one thing that causes me not to give them 4 stars is the drive thru line. It’s usually ok but about every other time it is really, really slow! I don’t know if they’re understaffed or just slow but when you’re trying to get to work on time it can be a bit frustrating. However, I still go to this Starbucks and will continue to do so.

Much like other Starbucks. I’m not a big coffee drinker, but I do like how every location in the entire nation seems very clean and upscale. There’s also plenty of non-coffee drinks i.e. tea and smoothies for people like me. Please be careful, though… liquid calories add up! Starbucks also offers sandwiches, paninis, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, and bistro boxes. Check out the store for the varied selections. They also have pastries! Starbucks has a great business model. I wish I’d thought of it. I’m just glad I’m not addicted to their overpriced coffee!

I really liked this location after my first visit, as the baristas that day were chatty & efficient(quick). However, every visit since then has not lived up to my expectations. After that first visit, every trip inside this store has been extremely slow, even during off-peak hours. To start, getting a drink made at this location always takes F-O-R-E-V-E-R. One time, I had ordered a quad shot mocha(espresso shots on top of drink), and the barista had initially added too much milk first so after she poured in the extra shots I paid for, she proceeded to pour some of that money/espresso down the drain to make the lid fit on the cup. Another visit, I had asked for an iced drink and it was made hot. To keep having to had drinks remade not due to my error is annoying. While these incidences may seem trivial, it just seems like every time I make the mistake of coming to this location there’s always a problem, unlike the experiences I have at other SBux locations. I really want to like this location as it’s the closest to my house, but I keep having negative experiences here. Moral of this long review, don’t get your coffee here.

One of my favorite Starbucks. Lots of seating. Big table. Bench and table 2 person seating. Couch and lounge chairs. Coffee bar seating. Cool old wire bulb lighting. Great Starbucks mural of pics. Historic map of Naperville on the wall.

This is a great location. It’s a little small inside, parking sucks and the drive-thru can be a little awkward to navigate. But they always get my order right. Always! The staff is friendly too.

Just so there’s no confusion, this review is for the stand-alone Starbucks in the building that used to be a KFC, that’s just across the parking lot of a strip mall that holds a Dominick’s grocery store that houses another Starbucks. Confusing, I know — but basically, there’s two Starbucks in the same strip mall, this it the one that is not attached to the grocery store. Welcome to Naperville. If only this Starbucks had been around when I lived in Naperville… I probably would have spent a lot more money, but I would’ve been late to work a whole lot less… like maybe only late 70% of the time instead of 100% because I had to drive so far out of my way for caffeine during my commute, and caffeine was absolutely necessary for this job – believe me. Not only is this location conveniently located off Naper Blvd between 75th and Hobson, but it’s immaculate, has a drive-thru, friendly workers, and one of the largest and most open work areas I’ve seen in a Starbucks. It’s quiet and not in an area where anything trendy happens so there aren’t hoards of teens or tweens or whatever other types of horrible and unattended-by-adults type people are out there. Just a nice, spacious area where adults can go to meet up or work in a clean and quiet space. It’s no indie coffee shop, but again, this is Naperville and(sadly) that’s a thing that doesn’t really exist here(props to Wicked Good Café for holding down the indie fort), so I just have to give it up for convenience and comfort in this case and be thankful that I can still java up when I visit home.

Super friendly baristas, consistently accommodating and helpful, and always have a smile on their faces, which is refreshing and makes the place feel very homey. Definitely my favorite Starbucks to stop in on.
