While Sprocket Websites was formalized in 2010, the partners started working together years earlier as collaborating owners of separate companies. Combining the unique backgrounds of each with their accumulated years of experience allowed Sprocket Websites to hit the ground running, enjoying professional success even in the down economy.

Don and Jim met at a networking event as the owners of separate web development companies.

Jim’s background included years managing Information Technology departments in the automotive and pharmaceutical industries before starting his own business.

Don progressed from software engineer to marketing specialist in factory-​floor automation before finding the perfect synergy of technology and visual design in web development.

Together, Don and Jim bring a wide range of experience to help clients make the best use of their web presence.
