Meet the Manager

Kathy F.

Manager

Kathy has been working at the South Naperville KinderCare since January of 2014. Previously, she was a Center Director at the Bolingbrook KinderCare and an Assistant Director at the Darien KinderCare. Kathy has had many years experience working with children of all ages. Upon graduating from Carthage College with a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and Special Education, she taught grades 3, 4, and 8. From 2003 – 2007 she was the Director of Dyslexia Institutes of America, where she did therapy and testing for children and adults with dyslexia. Kathy also worked at Pleasant Prairie Renaissance School, where she taught Prekindergarten. In 2011, she graduated with her Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Capella University. Kathy is very passionate about her job and feels that education is very important! She is an avid sports fan, loves spending time with her family, and traveling with her husband!
