Oh my goodness, where do I start?! Simply Clean did a move in deep clean for me today and I almost kissed them. The horrible people we bought our house from left quite a few things in a disgusting state and the two women who came to clean made it all disappear. The washer and dryer were so gross and they now look brand new. I will definitely be using this company again and hopefully can get the same girls. They were so nice!

Right from the get-​go I was impressed with this cleaning service due to the very quick response from Paul. Many other services I sent out inquiries for a quote took days if not weeks to get back to me. I had a reply from Paul and a quote within a couple of hours and scheduled cleaning for the next day.
Our cleaning lady works her tail off! She is absolutely fantastic! The first couple of weeks I was home when she arrived. I de-​cluttered/​organized 1 room ahead of her while she deep cleaned behind me. She is easy to work with, great personality and she quickly earned my trust. I was easily able to begin leaving a key for her to come and go when I began a new job a few weeks later.
Communication and responsiveness is KEY for me when dealing with any business. Any time I have had to contact Simply Clean, Paul has replied within 30min or less. Plus being able to text the one cleaning my home to alert her of changes makes me more at ease since I cannot be there in person.
The prices are incredibly reasonable. My house looks and smells wonderful and I do not have to stress about the deep cleaning while raising kids and working 50+hrs a week.
I would recommend Simply Clean above anyone else I have sent inquiries to for all the reasons above. They have made my life so much easier!

My only reason for 4 stars is that the cleaning products that the ladies used were not natural, which is what is stated in their business description. There was the standard Lysol and Zep products in their caddies alongside Mrs Meyers Clean Day.
They arrived exactly on time and did a wonderful job cleaning our house after we moved out. The appliances are gleaming, and the wood floors glowing. They did an excellent job on the bathrooms, and stayed until the job was done (8.5 hours) for the same price quoted.
Paul had excellent communication and answered all my questions leading up to the appointment.
My only recommendation to others would be that if having green, natural cleaning products is exceptionally important to you then make sure you let them know before the appointment.
I would definitely recommend them, and if I ever need a cleaning service in our new home, I will call them first!

I think it’s hard to find a good cleaning service, so I really relied on the reviews I read on Unilocal!to find Simply Clean. So glad that I did. Birute came and cleaned my house for the first time yesterday and did an amazing job. She spent hours going over every nook and cranny. I realized what a poor job my previous group had been doing after I saw my truly clean house after Simply Clean’s job. Paul was great with communicating before my first job, too. Overall, five stars. Even my mom commented on how clean my house was, and she is a cleaning queen. Already looking forward to my next cleaning!

We just had our home thoroughly cleaned after our estate sale and move out. Hopefully a perspective buyer will appreciate the beautiful cleaning job. It is move in ready and perfect!!! Definitely recommend Simply clean.

I have had multiple cleaning services in the past but none that have been as thorough as Simply Clean. I just accepted that there would be cleaning tasks that I needed to do myself but not with this service. From dusting light bulbs to cleaning the refrigerator this service is incredibly thorough. You will not be disappointed.

I had been using another service when I was living in the city, and stayed with with that company when I moved to Naperville in 2012. Unfortunately, the Naperville franchise of the previous cleaning service was terribly managed and I was very unhappy, so I began looking for alternatives.
I don’t remember how I found Simply Clean, but I’m glad that I did. I filled out the contact form on their website, and was contacted by Ovis about an hour later. He confirmed the specifics of the service (number of rooms, etc), provided proof of insurance (which I requested), and said that if I had any special requests or problems with the service to let him know. My first clean was scheduled with Indra, and she’s been coming every other week since then.
Indra is wonderful. She is always right on time, and does an amazing job — much better than I could ever do myself. She is also genuinely friendly and kind. I have a cat (Holly) who likes to investigate while the upstairs bathroom is being cleaned, but Indra isn’t bothered by the interruption (she also has a cat). She has a gentle way of talking to Holly (which I can overhear from my office) that is endearing.
Based on my experience over the last 12 months, I highly recommend this company and their cleaning services.
