Pioneer Naperville Window Cleaning & Gutter Cleaning

I hired this company after reading all of the good reviews and looking on their website. They cleaned my windows today. Here’s my feedback:
Pros:
Windows look better than they did before
They were able to come 2 hours earlier than scheduled and called ahead of time
They worked fast and together
My chandelier looks great
He wore booties on my carpet upstairs
Cons:
Discussing the price was more complicated than I thought it should be considering the website clearly defines «how» to count your windows. I counted 24 windows at first glance then read their website on how they count windows and I ended up with 32 windows, which would put me at $ 159 for cleaning both in/​out. The initial conversation was that I had 26 windows and he quickly counted some in the front and said see you have 36 so that’ll be $ 179 and I’m not charging you for the 2 story inside windows. I recounted and said I have 32 windows which should equal $ 159, he said that he included the $ 20 extra charge for cleaning the 3 – 2 story inside windows in my family room. I then informed him that I decided to go with this company due to the ratings on Unilocal.
He said that they accept check or cash… I then implied that I only have a credit card and their website states that they accept credit cards, he said the owner is trying to move away from accepting credit cards but will go ahead and accept it this time.
They were pretty messy, they left both my gates open (thankfully I looked before I let my dog out).
They cleaned my window tracks but left all the dirt and gunk from it on the sill and/​or floor.
I had to have them re clean some windows but not many. But now that the sun is shining I see additional streaks on windows and I am not happy at all considering the $$$ I spent.
I’ve actually had Bubbles to clean my windows in the past they were more attentive to details, seemed to want to serve the customer better as well as pricing was clearer. Next time I will search for another company like Sunrise or Bubbles.

I called Naperville Pioneer Window Cleaning Window Washing, gutter cleaning and powerwashing to de-​dirt my entire property after summer.
They have long name but they just do that all. What I needed to do on my Naperville house at beginning of fall was to clean my gutters, cleaning all windows, upper window washing, deck powerwashing, garage powerwashing.
They came the same day, nicely equipped, pretty professional guys, REALLY NICE CLEANING !!! Everything just shines.
