Very professional service. I used this company many times and they have their black cars always spotless and clean inside, but most importantly they are always there for us on time. I would highly recommend.

This is the absolute worst limo service I have ever experienced. We hired them for a party in which they were to drop us off and pick us up at the same location. The arrangements were for us to be picked up at 12:30am. At around 11:45pm, we received a text letting us know that the limo was there. Then we got another text shortly after warning us that we will be charged $ 75 if we were any later than 12:30am and another $ 75 for every half hour after, followed by other texts to make sure we would be out in time. Hold your horses buddy. We still have 30 min. Anyways, we were sure to be outside and ready to go by 12:30am only to find the limo overheated and the driver laughing. Sure, these things happen. No biggie. However, the way they handled the situation was unprofessional and with poor business ethics. Mr text happy could have let us know that the car overheated and we would be waiting an hour for another car to arrive. They could have also made up for the problem by reimbursing part of the cost, upgrading us or offering a discount for the next time. No. Instead we got laughed at and had to sit around for an hour to finally get a ride back home. The driver was extremely rude and uncooperative when we asked questions. What a joke!!! Stay FAR away from this company! There are many other limo companies that treat their customers much better and take care of them, especially when these things happen. This is NOT one of them.
