I TOTALLY agree with the other reviews! I bought my Oreck there 10+ years ago. I no longer go there BECAUSE of the smoke smell. I am currently in the market for a floor steamer and am looking into to buying an Oreck. I clicked on the 75th street store location and saw the previous reviews about a smoky smell in the store. I may still buy an Oreck, but NOT from the 75th street location.

I still have to bring my vacuum in, periodically, for service, my complaint is the OVERPOWERING smell of the cigarette smoke from the employees smoking at the open back door.
I am extremely sensitive to smoke and it can trigger a migraine and the smell is now embedded in the carpeting of the place.
Sorry, but a store that promotes cleaning products just should NOT smell of cigarettes.
