Optimal Health Medical Fitness was established by Dr Azlan Tariq and Dr. Kathleen Collins. Optimal is a unique fitness facility where professional personal trainers work in conjunction with the clients health care providers to provide the safest and most effective weight loss program. All of our personal trainers have received specialized education for fitness and weight loss. Each fitness and weight loss program is individualized and includes blood tests and nutritional consultants. Our results are guaranteed. As a non-surgical orthopedic specialist Dr. Tariq successfully treats arthritis, back and neck pain, tendon and joint pain, foot pain, headaches and other painful syndromes to give patients back the zest and passion to live a full life again. He has treated hundreds of people with PRP, Prolotherapy and Stem Cells to regenerate the body where it is damaged and broken down.

Dr. Tariq is a Board Certified Physician who specializes in Regenerative treatments for pain, injury and arthritis. He has years of training in non-surgical orthopedics and sports medicine. I love this place! I’ve been training with Brad and Chris for almost 6 months and I’m extremely pleased with the results thus far. They are extremely friendly and help keep you accountable to reach your goals. I love the one on one time or occasional small group. The time I train with them is short but very effective. I leave feeling like I got my butt kicked and am sore the next day. I’ve seen them work with people of all ages (8 – 65) and of all different fitness levels and everyone leaves with a smile. Going to Optimal will help you reach your goals much more than your typical gym!

I can’t say enough great things about this place!!! I have been a client for 11 amazing months. My achilles tendonitis and plantar fasciitis are a challenge, but Bradley Becker works around them. I fell at home and cracked my shoulder 2 weeks into my program. Bradley rolled with it — we just worked lower body until I got clearance from my ortho to add upper body workouts. I have learned so many things I never knew about exercise and nutrition: like I don’t have to do hours of cardio every week and can eat MORE nutrient-dense calories (and feel fuller) than I’ve eaten in years while losing weight and inches! In my first 6 months, I lost an average of 5 pounds a month and several inches off my waist alone! But it’s not just about looks — I FEEL better and better every day and have so much more energy! Given the fact that I probably would have quit an «at-home» exercise program with all of my injuries, I’m amazed at where I am today with Bradley’s coaching and encouragement with my individualized nutrition and exercise plan. I have been training with Bradley, a professional trainer, for almost 2 years. Within those 2 years I have seen a significance difference with my body and endurance level. Our training focuses on cardio and strength training legs, arms and abs. Training sessions are never boring as Bradley changes up our routine with the various equipment at the facility. If you are recovering from an injury Bradley will take that it in account and modify your workouts. Bradley is also very informative with nutrition, menu planning and healthy eating tips. If you want to see success with your overall fitness and diet then I highly recommend Bradley!

The professional trainers at Optimal helped me begin a journey of fitness Labor Day of 2014. During this past year I have lost close to 50 lbs, and I continue to challenge my level of fitness. I am 44 years old and came to them with a torn meniscus that I was rehabbing. They helped me lose my first 13lbs while I could not do any lower body workouts. Every workout is unique, no boring repetition. The funny thing is with every compliment I get people ask did I lose the weight running to which I strongly answer NO. I don’t like to run, but I love the strength training cardio that Mark and Bradley use to work me out 2x a week. Its not just about the workouts its about being open to changing your diet and they helped with providing a 12 week diet program to get your weight moving in the right direction. I have struggled with my weight for a very long time well all my life basically, and have never had motivation to work out or eat healthier, I came across one of the trainers (Bradley B) and he talked me into eating healthier and working out so I gave it a try, took me about 3 months but I lost 30lbs! I was so excited and couldn’t believe it! I have never met a trainer who takes pride in his work and will do whatever he needs to Push you along and see you succeed. I would highly recommend going to OHMF! Since I started with them I have lost 50lbs and been able to keep it off. The one on one attention is a great way to make sure you are lifting correctly and getting the most out of your workout.
