This place only gets two stars from me. I had a one Troy ounce silver coin that I had no use for. The going price for one Troy ounce of silver on this day was 19.55. I walked in, and the guy behind the counter was in the middle of his lunch and barely acknowledged me. I showed him the coin, and he handed it back to me and offered me 18 dollars. When I asked if he could do 20, he stood firm on 18. Being that I was kind of in a hurry, and I wasn’t prepared to walk away over a lousy two bucks, I agreed and he paid me the 18 dollars. The only reason he gets any stars at all is because he did give me close to the amount that I wanted. But he was kind of a jerk — not polite at all.

after hearing someone at work speak positively about this place, took old, unworn gold jewelry (chains, simple bands, etc.) to sell. The gentleman who took care of me was patient, showed me everything about the process of selling and how he determines if it’s real gold or not, etc. and gave me 20% above what other people had offered for the same items. Would recommend this place highly!
