Never received my my order. I talked to these guys several times about it and they said they would ship it as we were on the phone but they I never received a tracking number or any form of confirmation. Eventually they just never picked up. I’m not the only one who has had a similar experience. Avoid this place if you don’t want to just give your money away.

Brian Spiegelman is a con artist. Reported him to the DA’s office for numerous serial frauds. What a scumbag.

I leftba review on here that has been removed conveniently enough. Brian, the owner is the poster child of cons and lies. I have seen a lot of the behind the scenes of his operation and he truly has mastered the art of deception. He has scammed customers, never follows through, takes money and doesn’t deliver products, has screwed (and in turn lost) employees, has been evicted from.2 locations on under a year. Check all the reviews below along with the reviews for his old company Spiegel Sports. He has an explanation/​lie for everything.

I did get my product a week after I ordered it. BUT…
Almost certain that this place stole my credit card information. This was only place I used my card online in the past few months. Bought a product in June and received fraud alert on my card today in October.
They did let me know they use paypal and don’t have access to payment details so yea. I did get my product at a deal, decently fast shipping but still curious about my card

Do not buy anything from this guy, he is a total scammer. All that was said by previous reviewers that had a bad experience with Brian is all true. Took almost a month and a half for me to receive the the product I ordered and that was after my bank actually called him to get my money back, and when I do receive it, of course it wrong. And I was suppose to get a refund and never got it. The guy is nuts, and I just found out that some that was trying to get her money back from him just received it nearly a month later after BBB got involved. I repeat do not purchase anything from this guy.

Not sure the issue others have had, but I’ve had nothing but positive experience here. First time I went in the store and talked with the owner for about 45 minutes picking out what I was looking for/​needed and specifically what products would be best. Second time I ordered from the website on a Monday morning and my order was at my front door Wednesday afternoon. The order was right and even had a couple samples. If they carry the product I want I’ll always go to them to buy it.

Just as the reviewers below me. Apparently backordered. and my order happened to be the few that the post office messed up on.
Oh, what? You’ll send me the tracking code now?. . (I don’t receive it)
Oh, what? You like to ignore all emails?
Oh, what? Your phone lines are so «busy»? That I might believe — bc so many people are trying to cancel.
Oh, what? You’ll process my order cancellation? And send me the confirmation. TODAY? … (I don’t receive it)
The only thing you guys managed to do is waste your time. and lose a lot of clientele. The WORST service I’ve ever had in the States.

The brian guy that works there is full of empty promises. He «sent» a money order to me. oh what a surprise I never got it.
He’ll wire the money. doesn’t get enough information.
When I reach him again, he said he’ll talk to the finance person. Of course he doesn’t. Then he tells me later that she’s pregnant or having a baby so he couldn’t do it.
I try reaching him again and finally when I do, he said he can’t transfer funds online so he’ll send a check. He sends me the UPS tracking but of course he never sends the check. It’s been over a week since he said he’ll send the check but UPS still hasn’t received it.
I was going to file a complaint with Better Business Bureau, but of course THEY’RE NOT ACCREDITED.
Methinks not.

worst company to order from… this place is a joke!!! i ordered 2 tubs of elite xt protein powder on 3÷14÷2013, its now 4÷25÷13 still haven’t received my powder, they even emailed me a eta arrival date of 3÷21÷13, i called them and they said that email was an error due to products being back ordered… NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THESE JOKERS
