Just purchased a mattress from Jayson. It was a great experience. He kept my budget in mind, and found a great mattress meeting my requirements. I came in to purchase a Full and Jayson knew how much I wanted my mattress set the same day and he worked with his delivery team to make sure I got it the same day! I just had had be flexible with my schedule. Time of purchase to my door was about 4 hours total.

Jason really made buying a matress easy and comfortable with zero pressure to buy the most expensive one they had. Great experience and can’t wait to sleep on my new bed.

Jayson was great to work with. Best pricing around for quality mattresses. Don’t go to one of the big name stores and pay too much.

Bought a affordable bed.

My wife and I went looking for a king size pillow top mattress. We tried what they had in the store front and felt the lower priced ($ 800. $ 933 after tax and delivery charges) mattress was a better fit for us as it was firmer than the higher priced mattress.
The mattress was delivered not without problem, (delivery guy tried charging $ 20 to take the old mattress. We were told the old bedding would be removed at no charge) and our first night was unbearable on this mattress. This was not the same mattress we tried it in the store. It felt like we were laying on concrete. The mattress in the store was much, much, much soft than the one I now had in my bedroom.
My wife called Laura, explained the problem and set up another appointment so that we could revisit the top of the line pillow top as our memory served us was almost too soft when we tried it out. She also asked if there would be any kind of fee for returning the first mattress and was told there would not.
At first, we once again tried out the mattress we purchased. The store model was leaps and bounds softer and more comfortable than the one we received.
We tried out the higher priced model which was very soft. In the words of Jason, «like sleeping on clouds».
We agreed you pay an additional $ 350. Then Jason started explaining how he couldn’t sell the returned bed and would want to charge us $ 100 to offset his cost. I explained that question was asked and his wife told us there would be no charge. I felt bad and agreed to split the cost and paid an additional $ 50.
The new mattress arrived and again, THIS WAS IN NO WAY THE SAME MATTRESS AS IN THE STORE! Hard and lumpy.
I called the very next day and again explained the situation to Laura and asked that Jason call me to discuss this. She told me she would have Jason call. That was six days ago. There had since been some correspondence on their Facebook page but the fault is being put in my lap.
I am now stuck with a uncomfortable bed. I’ve spent over $ 1300 and I still need a mattress.
I suppose this is my fault though. I went looking for a back alley deal on a mattress and I got exactly what I was looking for.
My suggestion is to stay away from this business as I did not receive what I paid for.
