I’ve been the ‘goto’ tech/​computer person for friends and family for as long as I can remember!

In 2012 I started offering database design and training to friends and co-​workers.

In 2013 I added PC diagnostics and Repair and started to do projects out of my home office!

in 2014 my site officially launched !

I decided to start this business because I’m pretty good at solving problems and really enjoy helping people, especially with tech stuff. I’d gotten tired of hearing horror stories from friends & family about being overcharged (and under serviced) from the local computer service center. What’s more frustrating is some of the repair centers seem to almost enjoy confusing their clients by using a lot of technical speak so they sound smart.

I’d rather be a good communicator and help make the complex, simpler and avoid the dreaded Sunday night computer crash when you have a paper or project due on Monday.

So why would you work with us verse other repair professionals?

Well, I have 25+ years experience working with computer hardware and software.

Whether it’s building your dream gaming PC from scratch or designing a internet based tracking system for your flower shop, I prefer we have a sustained, collaborative relationship!
