Ive used limos without limits many times. Pricing is always on point and customer service is exceptional! Most recently i used them for my sisters Bachelorette party downtown Chicago. Driver was prompt and very helpful. Even when we had to call the driver to pick us up early due to «having to much fun» and cut the party early… driver was there in minutes! Highly recommend!

We used this company for our wedding and I was very disappointed. I purposely went with them because they had a very large SUV limo that was NOT a Hummer. To top it off they offered us a deal including a bottle of Dom Perignon and a night at the Sybaris (not that I actually want to stay there). The DAY of the wedding they call my planner and tell us that they are sending a Hummer. The Hummer had a bottle of Korbel (yuck) and no Sybaris. We got no apology or any explanation. Needless to say, I would not use them again.

I have hired Limos without Limits for over 7 years now, always great service! I have used them for business, pleasure and always to and fromthe airport. ALL of their cars are immaculate and drivers very friendly and personable. Last month a friend of mine needed to whoo her husband and hired Limos without Limits and they not only helped her with her special surprise but her husband was very very impressed with the car and driver.

First I wasted alot of time with this company. They sent me a quote for my daughter’s 21st b-​day. Then said they would send me an email the next day for my credit card info because their computer were down. I got two weird emails the next day, but no quote. So I called and spoke with Michael. I had to back over everything again! I gave him all my credit card info we were just wrapping up and by the way I was spending $ 500.00 and was also going to reserve a limo for prom for my other daughter after this deal, when he then stated that he charges an 8.5% fee for using a credit card! I told him that is against both Mastercard and Visa merchant agreements. He got kind of rude with me and wanted to know why I was making a big deal out of it. Why can’t i just pay check or cash. And I replied what happens if your Limo is a no show or is crappy. I then said accepting credit cards is part of doing business especially in the limo business. He got ruder, I told him that I was going to do business with a another Limo company that conducts themselves in a more business like attitude including starting with the fees. After hanging up with Michael, he called back, still rude, I suggest customer beware!
Update, Michael called my voicemail and left a rambling threatening message. He threatened me with legal action and gave me 12 hours to remove this posting. In his lengthy message he threatens me with legal action several times. Would it not have been easier to just have run your business with better customer service and not charged a fee that both Mastercard and Visa dis– allow and I did bring to your attention. Freedom of speech is allowed in the first amendment. However threatening someone in any form is harassment.
