Go Green Pest Control

We signed up for this service over the summer right after we moved into our new house. They were supposed to come back quarterly for the additional services. We haven’t seen them since… but because they didn’t charge our card we weren’t too concerned. Fast forward December. We received a bill in the mail for the additional applications (which we never received). I have now left 3 messages and called a number of times to resolve the issues. Nobody answers and I have not gotten a call back. Stay away!

Fell victim to the old adage «Be careful what you sign». I was told by their salesman I could try them out for their initial application, and if not satisfied, I could cancel. First application went well, they scheduled an appointment, sprayed every area outside the house, around shed, under the deck, then the tech went inside to do the crawl space, bathrooms, kitchen, window ledges, etc. After that, I never heard from them again. However, they have showed up twice since, and just sprayed the front yard, then left without any sign of being there, and automatically charged my card. After trying to cancel and get a refund, I was told I signed a contract agreeing to 4 applications for the year, 2 of which are applied in winter. I am still trying to get this resolved, along with notifying as many people as possible to avoid this company at all costs. So as it stands now, I guess I will watch the final application of pest control, to kill spiders and ants, be applied in February on top of all the snow…
